Casa bella ed a 20 metri dal mare ma scomoda

Casa spaziosa, foto fedeli, ristrutturata (bagno, impianto elettrico, serramenti, porta blindata, bagno, lavatrice). PRO: spaziosa, a 30 metri dal mare, nel centro storico, comodo ripostiglio, A/C in soggiorno, wi-fi OTTIMO, tempestività di risposta del referente buona. CONTRO: nessuno mi aveva avvisato che è IRRAGGIUNGIBILE in AUTO, la macchina va lasciata ad 1 km e poi fatti 3 piani a piedi (ne ero consapevole) con famiglia e bagagli non è il massimo, pulizia grossolana, A/C solo in soggiorno e la cameretta ha una finestrella minuscola, la TV si vede abbastanza male, gestione della spazzatura rivedibile (raccolta differenziata e solo 1 bidone senza coperchio)
