This is a private apartment located on the THIRD FLOOR on a single level; you’ll need to climb THREE flights of STAIRS to reach it.

Upon arrival, you’ll find a spacious area well-lit by the window, which also serves as the living room, featuring two comfortable armchairs and a two-seater sofa, as well as a 32-inch HDTV with Fire TV. On the cabinet by the entrance, you’ll find the Wi-Fi modem (4G SIM) and instructions regarding the house rules. The living room is equipped with an air conditioning unit.

From this room, you can access the BEDROOM, which features two single beds and a chest of drawers, along with a HIGH WINDOW equipped with a blackout curtain.

Continuing from the living room, you’ll find the two rooms that lead to the apartment’s best feature: the terrace.

The MASTER BEDROOM features a comfortable bed, a large built-in closet for storing your personal belongings, a nightstand with a lamp, and air conditioning. It features French doors that provide excellent natural light.

The KITCHEN is fully equipped with everything you need: an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a dining table for 4 people. It features French doors that provide excellent natural light.

Now we come to the most distinctive feature of the apartment: the PRIVATE TERRACE. Here you can enjoy a splendid view—both of the sea, looking out over the characteristic rooftops of the historic centre, and of the mountains, with the Rocca di Cefalù towering over the town.
You’ll have a comfortable outdoor table where you can have lunch or dinner al fresco, or enjoy a quick aperitif.

The bathroom features a bathtub, a full set of fixtures, and all essential amenities.

There is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, sink, toilet, and cleaning supplies.

The water is recommended only for washing cutlery and dishes, and for showering.
There is no heating system.
On the landing at the entrance to the apartment, you will find a security camera that will only film that outdoor area and nothing else.
