"Little Motel nestled in the center of a small mountain town. Walking distance to a Pizza place(fair) and a bar and grill(very good). Grocery store across the street, very nice owner. I see a lot of reviews talking about the angry store owner, but we experienced great hospitality. The Motel has no check in(not a problem), they text you a code for your room and the front desk. Most of the time nobody but the cleaner is onsite, was not an issue for us. The front desk has chips, frozen hot pockets, drinks and coffee. All free, with a tip box if you feel like it. My kids enjoyed it, so I tipped. Room was clean with some updates. Shower was hot, beds were comfy. More than I expected for a motel. The front desk was a huge + for my family. Will stay again on our next visit to the area."

"This is a hidden little gem. The property is older, but very well cared for. Being older means the landscaping is mature and lush, and this is on a quiet road. Great place to sit outside in the cool evening. Couldn't ask for more as far as comfort and cleanliness."
