She also refused to believe that I had a disability. The room had a definite musty smell and the carpet looked like it needed to be shampooed. The air conditioning worked but was noisy. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The shower was far to low on the wall for my 6'6" frame. There was no soap in the soap dispenser or it was broken. The breakfast items were sparse and there were no coffee cups available. The person at the front desk appeared bored and uncaring. The room needs a complete make over and the property is in need of maintenance. Not horrible but I'm sure there are better options in the area"
