Whether you're here to explore the area's natural beauty, go fishing, or simply kick back and enjoy the waterfront views, The Pink House has something for everyone, making it the ideal retreat for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts alike.

Inside The Pink House:
*Living Room: Unwind in our spacious living room, featuring a 65" Roku TV and a large sectional that’s perfect for lounging or catching up on your favorite shows.
*Kitchen: Whip up your meals with ease in the updated kitchen, complete with an island, bar seating for two, and all the cookware you'll need. An ice maker and dishwasher add a touch of convenience to your stay.
*Sleeping Spaces: The 1st bedroom has a king bed, huge closet, and a private ensuite with a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom offers a comfy queen bed and lots of storage. A full-sized futon in one of the front sitting rooms works great for kids.
*Laundry Room: Full-sized washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron, along with other cleaning supplies are found here.

Outdoor Living:
*Spacious Decking: Enjoy the outdoor life on our large multi-level deck, perfect for morning coffee or grilling in the afternoon. There’s several seating areas, a dining table for 4 and a gas grill.
*Private dock: Launch a kayak, drop a line in the water or just sit back and relax.
*Kayak launch: Kayaks can be launched off the end of the dock.
*Parking Made Easy: A long gated driveway accommodates your truck and boat, or up to three vehicles, with additional street parking available on 6th St.

Location:
Located in a friendly neighborhood, The Pink House is conveniently located near all Cedar Key has to offer. Annie’s Cafe is right next door where you can get breakfast, lunch and dinner (except Tuesday). Walking, biking, or golf carting around is a breeze from here, with downtown just four blocks away and the Gulf of Mexico just one block further.

Management:
Your stay at The Pink House is designed for privacy and convenience for a peaceful vacation. Detailed instructions for access and amenities are provided, and our McCormick Management team is available for any inquiries or assistance during your stay.

Notes:
No pets please.
The 3rd bed is a futon and suitable for 2 kids or 1 adult.
Cameras present on the exterior of the building facing out.
Golf cart is NOT available for guest use.
- Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying
- Do not trespass on other people's property, this includes docks and driveways
- Please be careful where you park, don't block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
- Parties and/or events are not allowed
- No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
- Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
- $150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
- Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
- Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
- Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
- Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
- Please do your dishes.
- No illegal substances allowed on premises.
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old or active military.
- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.
- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.
