Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway or a fun coastal vacation, Island Place provides an exceptional blend of comfort, charm, and location. The complex is thoughtfully designed to reflect the historic character of Cedar Key while offering modern conveniences. Guests are perfectly situated next to the city marina and just steps from local restaurants, shops, art galleries, and the grocery store—no car required.

Additional Information:
• Grills are park-style and located at the end of the complex. Please bring your own utensils, charcoal, grill brush, and lighter fluid.
• No boat parking is available onsite. Public boat parking is located one block east or two blocks north, behind the museum.

Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect! The condo was so clean, and in the perfect location. They even gave us a card and bottle of wine for our anniversary! We highly recommended staying here!

Loved our stay in Cedar Key

The Island Place is a great location and Cedar Key is lovely… Old Florida at its best!! Our unit was beautifully decorated and especially comfortable for a smaller space. Sitting on the furnished porch and enjoying the views was really memorable.

Great stay

We visited for short time for a sister's weekend. We really loved the location, including the friendliness of our surrounding neighbors and the pool. The condo was clean and cozy. The host was easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner. I would most definitely stay here again. The town is adorable and had great seafood!

Wife’s Birthday Getaway

We stayed three nights for a long weekend to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Rented a golf cart to cruise the island, rented some kayaks and paddled across the bay to the island beach. Fished with Chad O’Steen on Friday and caught a bunch of redfish. Highly recommend!

First Visit to Cedar Key

We were very excited to experience Cedar Key and your lovely location right on the water did not disappoint. Everything was beautiul and well equipped. Unfortunately we had to cut our visit short due to a family death. The property manager was so gracious in our need to depart very quickly. We hope to visit again.
