Island Oasis is located on the upper level, two flights up from the carport, which is under the house. You can pull through if necessary. This unit has a full kitchen and is available for two people. Perfect for those couples looking to come to Cedar Key and be directly downtown, within walking distance to all restaurants and shops. The front balcony allows you to sit outside and observe the folks coming and going, with water/sunset views and gulf breezes. The living room has a smart TV and basic cable. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee pot, stove with oven and full size refrigerator.

Nice quiet stay

Beautiful quiet town that still has the scars of the Hurricane in September. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Walk to anywhere you want to go.

It was perfectly outfitted with towels, condiments, kitchen utensils. I’ve stayed in a Vrbo like this that was not well equipped so I brought things to use. I really didn’t need them. Great communication with property owner. The place was tastefully and comfortably decorated. Even though there was a pirate festival happening, the are was quiet. I’d stay there again.

Cedar Key visit

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. We found 2-3 good restaurants and had a relaxing stay. Our only recommendation would be to take any food & provisions on your way to Cedar Key. The only food market was destroyed by the 2024 hurricanes.

Relaxing weekend getaway

The property is just as advertised. It clean and comfortable. The view of the Gulf is beautiful from the balcony and all the shops and restaurants of Cedar Key are within an easy walk.

Very convenient to all the downtown and oceanfront shops and restaurants. Easy walk to all…balcony affords view of gulf..great for morning coffee or evening cocktails ! Everything was neat and clean

Anniversary stay

My wife and I celebrated our 12th wedding anniversary here and had an AMAZING time! The property is so clean and perfectly situated to be within walking distance to everything Cedar Key has to offer. Mrs. Betsy was very nice and easy to work with. We will definitely be booking here again in the future!

Had a fantastic time here. The place is well kept and in a great location just minutes from everything. Loved just relaxing on the porch. Host was super as well, even accommodated a last minute request. We will definitely be coming back, thanks for everything!!

Excellent Apt. and Location!

Highly Recommend! My husband and I enjoyed our stay, the apartment was immaculate and comfortable, and the location is within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The hostess, Betsy Dorbian, is wonderful to work with, she communicates all the necessary information in a timely manner. This was our 2nd time staying in one of her apartments and we plan to return again in the not-too-distant future.

Although decor is quite dated it was very clean with large bedroom. Was not prepared to walk up 3 stories but the view was fabulous!
