Old Florida Fish Camp Cedar Key
10/10 Excellent
"We stayed in cabin #4, it was very clean & comfortable. Peaceful and relaxing stay, accommodation included (1) 4 hour golf cart session. It was a perfect way to explore the area. We will definitely be returning for another visit. Great places to eat includes Annie’s for breakfast or lunch and the Tipsy Cow for lunch or dinner…tasty food & excellent service. Support those local businesses!"

"Bill was super engaged and helpful. We had an AC issue not cooling. Bill was all over it and had a service representative there soonest.Place is well appointed, great decor, beautiful view of the Gulf and in general a very nice place to stay with just about everything thought about.Highly recommended from a Gulf coast VRBO enthusiast."
"Small space with a nice layout and everything we needed for our brief weekend stay. The full size refrigerator was a plus to keep all our goodies in before taking them to a nearby campground where our friends were camping. The unit was very clean and comfortable, and the location is great. Love Cedar Key and appreciate all the nice people and various accommodations."
"Great place to stay with an amazing view (especially sunset and sunrise). Close to everything but still tucked away so you aren’t right in the middle of town. Host communicated well throughout the process."
"We had an amazing time in this beautiful little home. Love that it had a Roku smart TV to watch your shows when we were relaxing. Had everything we needed to feel at home. Host is very communicative ,answered all questions and gave a little extra more to help us around town. Location was great we saw dolphins every morning from our balcony. It is actually behind one of the other buildings so directly waterfront a little misleading. It was a perfect spot to be to walk to all the restaurants and shops. Also, Cedar Key paddling was very easy to rent kayaks, which was amazing to travel to both islands see dolphins, collect seashells. A five star experience we would do it again."
"Very nice experience. A great gathering point with family. Loved the local excursions (Captain Doug & Crystal Springs Manatee)- great knowledge on the ecosystem and clam industry. A great family reunion area for large or small families."
Waterfront stilt cottage on the open Gulf of Mexico will make you feel like you`re on a houseboat!
8/10 Good
"The place is great, as advertised. We have stayed in Cedar Key a number of times before, all prior to the damage from the storms. The town has a ways to go in rebuilding so things like restaurants either being gone or the ones that are there only open 3-4 days a week take some of the fun of being there away. As to the unit - it's very nice - the views of the dolphins each day off your deck are great though the 4 AC units right outside take some getting used to. The manager is very helpful and allowed us early check in when we arrived early - nice folks. Hope with time the town will grow back to the charming little place we have visited in the past and thank you for a nice visit."
"No tables on the porch so having coffee and watching the sun come up means holding the cup the whole time or placing it on the floor, I would suggest the host consider two small tables for the screened in porch on the upper deck. There was a sticky spot just beyond the rug on the inside of the front door at check in but we cleaned it up and for us that was no big deal also there were a few sticky beverages probably coffee stains on the kitchen countertop between the refrigerator and sink that we had to wipe up as well but to be fair I would have had not seen it if I had not put my hand on it due to the color and design of the countertop. The toilet in the main bathroom does not flush properly. So, pee only in that one. We enjoyed the place over all but feel that these very minor issues need addressed. I would recommend the Beach House and Plan to use it again in the future."
