The room was nasty dirty, garbage behind fridge, chair, nothing was dusted, no TV unless you want to pay for it. Furniture was dirty microwave was not cleaned out that greasy in the back and on the sides towels were dirty think had food or blood in it there is spots on the wall by the sink, sheets were dirty and comforters were stained. We walked in and pretty much walked out after we took video and pictures and left the building. I would not recommend this place at all oh yeah and on top of it it has bed bugs.

Our first room that we were given was dirty, furniture was not in place, and the air conditioner did not work. We asked if we would be able to get a different room and we were told no. Finally, after going down to the office again the next morning, my boyfriend was able to get us a new room after the property manager had heard about our situation. Unfortunate for the guy that got yelled at by his boss for not giving us a new room with working air, but maybe should have just done your job in the first place, and we wouldn't have to complain again while your boss was there. Overall, I was not too pleased with our experience, and probably won't be staying there again.

This place was filthy: no carpeting had been vacuumed in ages, windows were very dirty, in the room, the furniture was dusty, the mirror was dirty, the paint was brushed here & there on the towel bar and dripped on the carpet, the TV remote didn't work, even after they put in "new" batteries, in the breakfast, the coffee was out and the pancake batter was out, leaving almost nothing. For the price, we expected clean and just a modest breakfast.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s not clean at all. No electric plugin to use. They are all just basically for the tv, and the refrigerator . Then by the bed they use a drop cord. Smoke alarm is taken apart from the wall and part is laid behind the tv, bathtub hasn’t been cleaned for months,refrigeraytor was dirty the mirrors hasn’t been cleaned for months. It was very filthy. I took pictures and talked to them about the room . Of course they don’t understand English well. They kept say oh redoing the rooms. They charge me a deposit for the room . They said I wouldn’t be charged until when I check out and nothing damage. They lied about it. On my mobile bank app showed they already took it out . When I confronted them they tried to tell me o it hasn’t. They won’t listen to what I would say or ask them.

Extremely dirty , carpet in hallway was not vacuumed in a long time . We got to our room and mirrors were so dirty , the bathtub and shower curtain were filthy , we wouldn't use it . The beds were clean and comfortable . I would not stay again . I did not complain because I just wanted a place o sleep after granddaughters' graduation .

My reservations were cancelled two days before by text saying they ran out of the room I booked and paid for a month earlier. After calling and complaining they hooked me up with a single bed. When I got to my room I found it to be dirty, the fire alarm wasnt there, the lock on the door was not there, and the air conditioning unit did not work. I asked for another room and they said sorry and I could check out for a refund. Not a good experience at all.

This place was absolutely HORRIBLE! The staff was RUDE, yelled at me, and called me dumb all because he said Expedia didn't send him the right room that id booked. It was so dirty inside, smelled like Marijuana, and the hotel room had blood on the wall! The staff also screamed at a guest that asked for his key to be rescanned bc it wouldnt work anymore. I felt very unsafe in this place! NOTHING lIke the pictures on booking site! Looks more like an hourly rate room would look like. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

The front desk was very very rude! I booked a double bed and only had a single bed, had the receipt to show him and he yelled at me and told me i qas ceazy! There was blood on the wall and the whole building looked so dirty and smelled of Marijuana. He hung up on people calling the front desk and when someone came down and told him his key wouldnt work, the front desk guy yelled at him and told him he would do his key this time but he needed to leave his door open if he left again. They wouldn't give me a refund since i couldnt stay at the hotel since he said no more rooms were available. The hotel looked more like qn hourly rate then a weekend stay. Worse experience I've ever had at a hotel!

I asked for early check in, if possible. He said 2pm, as he didn't get cleaners until 12 noon. At 2 pm he says he told me 230.I decided to just wait in my car until 3. Hallways filthy. Bed skirt ripped, caulking in room terrible, smoke detector hanging down from wall. TV did not work.

Horrible! Homeless people sleeping in the lobby. Front desk associate was rude and not helpful at all. We did not feel safe staying here and went elsewhere to stay due to the conditions.

The room temperature in both rooms were cold. Tstat was raised to 80 degrees and room did not warm up during the 2 day stay. Fan speed would not increase. Room card key was not correct on check in and was returned to fix. Next day room key did not work again.

Got there they put us in a room that was not nasty, they changed our room heat didn't work. Our friends room had dead bugs all over it. We were completely disappointed and will never stay there again.

I literally waited in the lobby for 1 hour as there was confusion between travelocity and the new manager on site. I never had any problems staying at this hotel when it was under previous mgmt. The manager would not do anything to help me and the area outside my room was pilled high with boxes and junk. I don't know what it all is, from but I took pictures. I have stayed there countless times, but never again with the new mgmt!

Area was nice. But when we arrived at 8pm the room wasnt completely clean. At check in the owner told us give them 20 minutes and so we went to eat came back and room still wasnt finished after 35 minutes. The owner came up and had to finish vacuuming and i used their cleaner and wrag to clean sink counter and tup. Other then that the stay was good
