"After a long flight arriving in lobby just before midnight with my daughter and granddaughter who is 15 months old t indicated when I reserved my room I needed a porta crib which website indicates is provided at no additional charge to provide a safe sleeping arrangement. The person in lobby said no crib available than suddenly said oh yes an additional $50 upcharge! He was rude long story short my granddaughter was not provided a crib we were given extra pillows and she fell from the bed. Incident report filed and yet to hear back from company "

"The room was clean and they provided extra blankets and pillows because I like it cold and the wife doesn't. There is a Perkins next door we walked to and they had an excellent breakfast menu. We ubered around town at night and that worked out well too. Over all our stay was a success."

Tzeitty was a sweetheart at 1am when I checked in, and provided amazing breakfast options the next morning.She introduced me to the manager Marya who helped resolve an error I made in my booking. "This was the cleanest, kindest, and most efficient hotel I’ve ever stayed at on a budget. I would’ve expected to pay double for such a fantastic place. The hot breakfast was phenomenal, they even have a yogurt dispenser and all sorts of toppings so you can make a parfait. An automated fancy coffee dispenser as well! The airport shuttle arrived very quickly, and the driver was personable, and very professional. I felt very safe on the shuttle and in the hotel, even though I was arriving past midnight. The room felt extraordinarily clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I wish I could copy and paste this hotel and its staff to everywhere I will ever travel- no joke."
