I came to Cedar City for a bicycle race and it was the perfect place to stay! I didn’t need a 3 bedroom for just me but the rate was very affordable, and it looked really nice so I booked it. It even looked better in person! It was very clean and had everything I needed. The extra touch was the nice little gift basket with goodies.

The host was friendly and communicative! The property was beautifully appointed, clean and welcoming. We had an amazing time here hosting a surprise party for my mother in law's 50th birthday and have already made plans to stay again!

The townhome was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and even decorated for Christmas, which was a fun surprise. We had a couple questions and the property owner was very fast to respond and help us out. Communication was great. I’d highly recommend this property.

Cedar City perfection
So enjoyed our stay here! The home is very roomy and had everything we needed/wanted. We played the games and spent many hours in the kitchen and den, visiting and laughing. Very clean, very comfortable - perfect place to come home to after a perfect day in the canyons.

Beautiful home
This was a perfect spot for us to stay while attending the Shakespeare Festival and adventuring around Cedar City. Had everything we needed and was such a comfortable home base. In the past we've always just stayed at a hotel when visiting Cedar, but this time it was so nice to have more space and to be able to cook some of our own meals. We'll happily book this place again next time we come for a visit.

This property is exactly as advertised. Visited son over Independence weekend. Great location to see parade, attend a play and watch the fireworks. Excellent property and I look forward to using this propert for a future stay.

Good price for the size of house
Used as a base camp for a ski trip to Brian Head. WAY cheaper than houses on the resort. It is about 45 minute dive from the resort so you need to see if the cost savings are worth the drive.

This house is perfectly located from the Festival ,2:.3 miles. The area around the house is very nice. We even met the neighbors!! Would stay again. Very comfortable for 6 senior adults

Nice place - close to SUU and great restaurants.
Overall we had a good experience. The neighborhood is a little run down, but the unit has been updated with new carpet , paint, and wood laminate. My advice is to not have an adult on the top bunk bed - it has an awful round rung ladder and was painful to climb. Great location!

Thank you for accommodating us for our short stay. We had tons of fun. The apartment was nice and neatly maintained. We had a little trouble getting the door code to work so we spent a little time trying to get in. We couldn't find any kitchen washcloths or dishtowels and that would have been nice, but definitely not a problem... other than that it was very nice, we very much enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much!

A very nice place to stay. Nice and clean. Very homey. We did not use upper bunk bed, but I think it needs a rail.
