This beautiful French colonial style home is an eco-friendly dream with an incredible view! Comfortably sleeps 4 to 6 people, with 2 queen beds and a queen air mattress as requested. Decorated with treasures by local artists, it's a home away from home. This home was built to be energy efficient and environmentally friendly. The home is heated via radiant heating and cooled via solar mass. Secluded and surrounded by trees, you will find all sorts of trails to explore nearby. Lots of outdoor recreation nearby including mountain biking in Zion National Park, skiing/snowboarding at Brian Head, Hiking in Cedar Breaks Monument, exploring St.George, and many, many more! Only 20 minutes from the Shakespearean Festival, and SUU! Enjoy nature from your doorstep. Deer, squirrels, and birds of all kinds routinely visit. Home is set on almost 3 full private acres to roam. See the most amazing sunsets from your front door.
Located in the Cedar Highlands area just above the heart of Cedar City, you can be down in town having a cup of coffee or dining in 15 min or less. Includes high speed WIFI, great for working remote in the day and adventuring at night! Full size kitchen with all the accommodations to cook your own delicious meal. Farmers market every Saturday in downtown Cedar City. Get some fresh baked bread, locally made sauces, and much, much more depending on the seasons. Washer and dryer on site and available for use. Mountain Sunsets

Beautiful sunsets every evening- 4W drive a must on this windy road. Some work on cleaning would make this place perfect! owner very sweet & communicative. Great location- so much to see & do in the area!
