Comfortable and convenient
This is the perfect little place to stay in Cedar! We’ve stayed here a couple of times now and it’s close to SUU, which is great for running back and forth during our kids’ sports tournaments. The apartment is always clean and well stocked, and the property managers are easy to contact and very responsive—we needed remote batteries and a can opener and they responded within minutes. I love the kitchen and being able to not always eat out when we’re away from home. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect Home Base
I really loved this little walkout basement apartment. It was spotlessly clean, felt so safe and cozy, and had plenty of room for me. I was traveling around most of the time I was there for my nieces band competition. So coming back to a place so welcoming and comfortable really made my trip even more amazing. I nicknamed the place my little bunker. The bed I slept in was very comfortable. Amentities were well appointed and thought out with great consideration to being welcoming and convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone who needs a perfect home base if your lower western travels. Thanks so much to my hosts for a great stay!

Trip to Zion Park
Us and another couple traveled from midwest to visit Zion national Park . This a basement apartment but it is very nice. Light sleepers may hear footsteps from the floor above. Very clean !! Highly recommended!

Perfect Stay
This is our second time staying in this wonderful property. As before, check in and out is very smooth. The place is welcoming and the location is perfect for the Shakespeare Festival! Our host has great communication and kept us comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies and the washer and dryer are amazing. We would highly recommend this to others!!!

Excellent stay
We stay here as part of our trip to Bryce/Zion National Park. The apartment was clean, and well-furnished. Our stay here was very good. The location is also convenient to the highway. The owner took great care in decorating the house, so we feel very at ease. One improvement is that the house could improve on the noise because this is a basement, and we can hear noise from walking upstairs. Overall, we think it is a very good stay.

Exceeded Expectations
This property was perfect for our family vacation to Southern Utah. The basement apartment was clean, well decorated and appointed, and the washer/dryer was an added bonus. Walking distance to SUU and the Shakespeare Festival - short drive to downtown Cedar City...not far from Zion, Bryce, and the Homestead of Butch Cassidy. We will definitely check this property for availability first when we travel to Cedar City in the future.

Good location

Great space! Perfect location in Cedar City!
This is a very welcoming space! It was perfect for what we needed. The one bathroom is a good size and the beds are very comfortable! As was stated in other reviews, you can hear some noise from the family who lives in the home above, but nothing that ruins your stay! We will definitely rent here again!

We had a great stay. The place was very clean and had lots of amenities, fully outfitted kitchen with everything we needed, there's even coffee and filters for the coffee maker. Great value and a pretty convenient and quiet location.

This property was a 10!!!
Our host was FANTASTIC! She was very kind, friendly and accommodating. The property was exactly as described. It was so clean and had such a cozy decor. It was well stocked with supplies and extra blankets for a Netflix or movie night and even board games and a Wii. The property is very close to SUU and Downtown Cedar City. We had an extremely positive experience and will definitely stay again when visiting.

Enjoyed our digs for the Shakespeare festival.
Very clean, very nicely decorated. Only negative would be it was too cold- - maybe from upstairs ac. Area rug in living area, and little bigger rugs in bathroom would have created more warmth. Nicest use of space for a basement, that I’ve seen.

Everything was just great with this rental. Very clean and well stocked with all things you could think of or forget. It was a bit warm overnight but there were fans in each room to help. There’s central air conditioning during the day. Overall, we would stay here again. Very enjoyable.

Comfy stay
From the moment we pulled in we felt at home. We enjoyed everything about it from comfortable bed to the awesome convenience of having a washer and dryer. Not to mention how clean it was and you never felt you had to do without anything. The Bunker’s were the greatest hosts and made us feel right at home. I can’t think them enough for our great time visiting the area.

Very clean and plenty of space. Having a kitchen with cookware was nice so we could eat in a few nights. The only negative thing about our stay is the last night we were there, we were listening to a rowdy bunch upstairs when we were trying to sleep.

This was a great experience. We have tried staying at hotels before and it was a nightmare and if you want an extra room to put the kids in then you have to pay even more. This was so much better and honestly a breath of fresh air and has made me rethink how hard it is to travel and vacation with little kids. The place was clean and quiet and a great experience overall.

Would highly recommend.
We have never stayed in a lower level (basement) apartment before-so impressed with the well thought out plan and high quality I’d everything from cabinetry, to bedding, huge bathroom with double sinks.. The apt. was very clean and neat. Everything was what we needed/expected and more. Board and wii games, great tv choices. Washer and dryer that was well above standard. Lots of closet, storage abs space for clothing. The owners lived in the upper part of the home. We did hear some walking, but nothing to disturb us. The only suggestions would be: 1) add a coffee or end table in the living room area. 2) The outside entryway could use some sprucing up. If we came this way, we’d be sure to stay here again.

Well equipped, roomy, comfortable basement apartment
This lovely rental was the perfect fit for our family trip to Cedar for the Shakespeare Festival. 3 adults had plenty of space to be comfortable. Pros: Lots of space, comfy beds for everyone, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, cute decor, big bathroom, great shower, nice and close to the Festival and town. Cons: Only one con, really. This is the basement apartment of a home where a family lives and has a life. You will hear them at any time, day and night. If this is a problem for you, go elsewhere. If you are a light sleeper, bring (and use) earplugs or go elsewhere. Technically, you are the guest in somebody's home, so if noise is a problem, it's a YOU problem, not a THEM problem. Thanks for the great stay.

Great place if you don’t mind a basement!
Very clean, well stocked, nicely decorated place. Two nice sized bedrooms, spacious bath. Kitchen was good. Washer dryer options. Hard tile floor in main area was definitely clean but cold. If you’re sensitive to footsteps above, might reconsider. Not much natural light and no outside area, entryway not particularly attractive, but safe and easily accessible. Easy access to lots of places and small playground park nearby. Friendly host.

Beautiful, clean, great location.
This property was very clean. The owner was very unobtrusive, but also quick to respond if needed. The location was great, and very close to wherever we wanted to go. I love that there was a washer and dryer, so we could was our wet clothes after swimming at the Cedar City Rec Center (which was really fun). I would recommend this place, although you might want to take off your hitch if you have one. Not only will you scrape it as you go into the driveway, but all over town we noticed.
