"The Rose Cottage" Fall Getaway w/ Heated pool, Hot tub, fire pit, kayaks, lake!

**The pool is open all year and in the mid spring to early fall we keep the temperature comfortable, heating when necessary. Subject to host discretion in regards to weather and/or temperatures. Perfect fall break getaway spot. You'll never get bored at "The Rose Cottage"! Take a dip in the heated pool, enjoy afternoons in the hot tub or cozy up by the private fire pit while taking in breathtaking, views of Weiss Lake. Complimentary kayaks, a canoe, playground with an in-ground trampoline, tons of outdoor yard games, Private gas grill, & more! Nearby waterfalls, hiking, rappelling, ziplines, caving, and an old-timey drive-in movie and restaurants.

Have boats or watercraft of your own? Bring them! We have a boat ramp right onsite and plenty of room for your trailers, as well as docking. Play beach volleyball, cozy up by the fire pit, relax at the dock, or just play in the cleanest, coolest water on the lake. The water comes right out of the mountains and dumps right at our feet. Great fishing as well in season. We are actually in one of the best areas to fish, right near Little River and Spring Creek! Eat s'mores by the campfire at the beach and watch AMAZING sunsets! 

Close to Pirate's Bay (water park), DeSoto Falls, Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Orbitz Glassblowing, snow skiing, horseback riding, endless trails, rappelling, caving and ziplining. We are in the ABC triangle meaning we are an hour & a half from the Atlanta, Birmingham, & Chattanooga Airports.

**The lake level does go down a few feet in late fall through early spring and may affect boat launch, dock usage, watersports or lake views.

**The water recreation is a good walk but is accessible by vehicle. We have 5 acres and you can drive right to the dock if desired. Too much to describe, so please see pictures.
