Fully equipped kitchen, chunky trim, luxury bathroom and private covered deck looking straight at the lake and mountains. Play corn hole, life size chess, board games, take a dip in the pool (heated ONLY during fall & spring) or year around hot tub, play in the sand area or on the playground, make some delicious food on the grill, play volleyball, foosball, Connect4, go kayaking in the beautiful Weiss Lake, cozy up by the fire pit and make s'mores, swim in the cleanest water on Weiss Lake, watch AMAZING sunsets! SO much to do on property!

Also, so much to do off property in the area. Rent a boat or jet skis, hike, see the falls, do caving, rappelling or ziplines, all in close proximity. Close to Pirate's Bay (water park), DeSoto Falls, Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Orbitz Glassblowing, snow skiing, horseback riding, endless trails, rappelling, caving and ziplining. We are in the ABC triangle meaning we are an hour & a half from the Atlanta, Birmingham, & Chattanooga Airports. Of course we are a HUGE fishing lake so bring your boat or do a fishing excursion. Listed as two bedrooms because there are two sleeping areas but it is an open concept.

The views are incredible. Breathtaking views of the lake and lawns and you can even see how the sunset pours colors into the house at "golden hour". We also have LOTS of stars, it just gets better & better!

This is such a great property. It can be combined with Magnolia Overlook that sleeps 70 (Property ID 1933633) or the Compound that sleeps 57 (Property ID 2096520). This bungalow is around 400-500 ft from the main house BUT if you only want to rent this bungalow, no problem! It has it's own separate driveway and due to there being a slight hill in between the homes, they can't even see each other, so you can enjoy autonomy.

**THE POOL IS ONLY HEATED COMPLIMENTARY IN THE FALL & SPRING, BUT CAN BE HEATED DURING THE WINTER AT AN ADDITIONAL COST. Message us for more details!
**The lake level does go down a few feet in late fall through early spring and may affect boat launch, dock usage, watersports or lake views.
**Please be aware, the "ships ladder" to get up to the loft is extremely steep.
**We do allow pets; however, there are requirements that must be met. Please discuss with us before booking.
