This hotel has become our second home whenever we visit Cebu City. The staff, from security to parking attendants, receptionists, housekeeping, and dining personnel, were exceptional. The service provided was top-notch. While the room may benefit from some repainting in certain areas, overall, we feel valued as clients and truly at home. Additionally, the location is excellent, with numerous dining options nearby and easy access to a mall for shopping and groceries. Thank you for the wonderful experience

Great staff, free buffet style breakfast. The room was clean and cozy with a microwave and refrigerator. Its connected to Ayala Mall which is super convenient.

Breakfast... 9am. No bacon.. 930am no bacon.. Many items gone and not replaced. Better to shut off breakfast at 9am then to allow everything to run out. Of course Filipino way is to shut down one hour early for the most part. Had trouble with checking in, but it turned out to be an expedia problem. Very friendly staff!

This is my new favorite hotel in Cebu City. It’s clean and beautiful inside. It’s very accessible and a walking distance away from everything. I’ll definitely come back here again. Love it!

I liked how the hotel was located near a mall and park. Everything you needed was within a couple of minutes of walking. Also, traffic was very clean compared to other areas in the city.

Clean basic hotel. A little noisy but tolerable. Breakfast was 4/10. Worth mentioning was how bad the shampoo and conditioner were. They were so awful!!! Felt out hair dirtier after using them. Add the Philippine heat and high humidity, it made our hair hot, sticky and greasy! The next time we’re going back to the Philippines, we’re bringing our own toiletries!

It took a very long time to get checked in and I had to sit down for at least 5 minutes for the receptionist to verify the reservation I placed online thru Expedia. The towels provided in the room were old and had stains and even the replacement towels we received were inferior quality which didn't make sense to me. Even the water coming out of the shower head was uncomfortable like it was needles spraying at you! No adjustment allowed for you--shower in pain!! The hotel breakfast was underwhelming and had limited options. Not coming back.

Traumatic experience
My boss had a very terrible experience. First room was no drainage when taking a shower, 2nd room transfer there was a Pubic hair in the toilet seat with poop on it witness by the bellman, cobwebs was present too on the ceiling and lastly while she was having a massage fire alarm was on. Boss had no sleep because she came from luzon experiencing a typhoon and this is what happened to her. Overall traumatic experience felt and no to any Seda hotel ever again.

Conveniently located in right in the heart of Cebu IT park. Accessible to almost everything. Seamless checking in/out process. Very friendly staff except for one guard in the basement who is rude and ungrateful. I took time to slowly park my friend’s car since im not used to backing up without rear camera to guide me and the security guard complains why we took so long to park and wanted to take over the car to make it faster to park in a raised and irate tone. What makes him think we’ll let him take over my friend’s vehicle? Its not like super busy since it’s already 2am.
