Convenient and friendly staff

It’s convenient, walking distance to the mall, pharmacy, restaurant, money exchange a few blocks to S&R grocery shopping. Closer to ports, had to catch the ferry boat island hopping. Have its own money exchange. Friendly staff.

Convenient and pleasant to stay

Pleasant stay. Friendly staff, quiet. Unable to use the dining we had to leave early to catch the ferry to Samar. The room was great. Except we woke up in the middle of the night sweating. The air conditioning had stopped working but immediately got it restarted. The place is convenient walking distance to Robinson mall.

.This hotel mismanaged our reservation. We reserved two rooms. When we arrived we were told that one room had been cancelled and we needed to call Expedia for more information. We contacted Expedia who verified that no cancelation had occurred. We were charged for two rooms and only received one room for our stay. This was very inconvenient for us. We have since followed up with Expedia in order to get a refund, but the hotel has not responded to Expedia at this time with regard to this matter. I will avoid this hotel in the future; draw your own conclusions.
