This Hotel Wants All Your Money With Little Return

Pros: Staff Customer Service 100% Cons: The hotel policy is to charge you for early check-in ($500), lost room card ($500), extra toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and bring your own trash liner because there are none for the trash dispensers. While the staff is very kind, when you give pushback on these additional charges, they kindly quote company policy, and that there is no wiggle room. The location of the hotel is questionable at best. Do not allow the low price to fool you. We recommend that you pay a little extra and seek elsewhere, buyer beware. Again the staff was very kind. That is the only positive thing about this location.

Morning staff was so unhelpful while asking for help the lady just turned and started helping the next person. So rude! Security guard offered a taxi off the fare meter which is bad. Tried to jack the price up on me thinking i was a tourist probably. Either way this place is horrible for any service if needed. Wont ever come back here.

Air conditioner wasn't working and wifi is on and off although the hotel staff was very helpful but they have limits of what they can do in their logistics. Owner should upgrade those facilities. Disappointed that it was rate 8 in Agoda but has not uphold it in reality

Honest review

Check in was good, 1 hour ahead of time. The room was ok, but there was and still is an issue with the AC unit outside the room. At night, the condensate from the units above my room drip onto the unit outside my room and onto the roof below, causing a loud noise during the night. This was reported several times to Reception; maintenance attempted to rectify the issue, however the problem was reoccurring. The breakfast service is outstanding, very prompt and efficient, the hotel really excelled in this area! The room itself is a little outdated, showing signs of wear and tear, the side lampshades were mouldy, the shroud around the internal AC unit was showing signs of rust, the fins appear to be dirty, again another maintenance issue that needs to be addressed.

The hotel has the bare minimum. The facilities and amenities are super old and degraded. The towels are very used. The shower drying towel was in shreds and dirty. The AC was super old. The sheets were clean but very old. The room smelled. They didn’t have sink soap, as they directed me to use the shower get that was fixed in the wall in the shower. Constant smell from the kitchen downstairs. And the area is terrible.

Definitely not worth the price. "King" bed was 2 twins pushed together, not very comfortable. Hot water went out twice, water kept leaking in the bathroom. Noisy construction in the adjacent parking garage that sent exhaust through the vents. Ant problem, couldn't leave food out at all. Breakfast was bland. Staff was friendly and helpful, but that's about the only upside.

Værelset er ok og rimeligt rent og udsigten var ind i et buskads MEN morgenmaden var så ringe og lille mængde at man var sulten når man forlod sin morgenmad det er IKKE ok eksempel 2 skiver skinke 1 toastbrød delt i 2 3 stk smør 1x1 cm og en kop instant kaffe og omelet af et æg til en fuldvoksen dansker 😱👎det er sgu ikke i orden med venlig hilsen Jan Brøndum holm

It would be better if there’s free hairdryer.

It would be better if there’s FREE hairdryer in the room. And we had contacted the hotel for pick up service,but no one came to the airport... Anyway,the price is good and the room is clean.
