Pillows are old and flat, bath towels are old and so thin. No hand towels no face cloth no bath mat. Breakfast is gross, always the exact same food everyday. Staff are very nice. Location sucks

I booked this for my parents to attend an event held in same Hotel. Per family experience, Hotel is good and staff were nice as well as accomodating. The only issue i got with this booking was paying extra for breakfast and not getting what you paid. So, I would say posted option for breakfast in expedia when booking this Hotel is not reliable. I would suggest paying the breakfast directly to the Hotel during your stay.

The doorman and reception staff and every staff member i interacted with during my stay were polite and helpful.
Prior to arrival contacting the hotel was very difficult and took 3 days of phone calls to eventually speak with someone.....very frustrating waste of time.
The room was clean and comfortable.
However nearly every day the room was serviced some things were replaced but others werent.....very confusing.
on two occassions the bathmat was taken but know clean bathmat was left??.....as i kept explaining to housekeeping this was dangerous as the floor was slippery when wet.
On one occassion the towels were taken but no fresh ones left??
Both these situations were able to be rectifiied by contacting the staff .....but was just strange situation
On several occassions the coffee sachets that i used werent replaced the next day......and when i contacted the staff and advised i only needed coffee (no sugar no creamer no tea) ......i got tea and sugar left in my room but no coffee??
overall stay was good and all staff i spoke to were polite and helpful......just some strange things with the room

Worst service i have meet in a hotel. They didn't even show way to elevator. Gave us wrong room, 40min for check in (no other coustomer), smells bad and no service mind at all. Did check out after 3hours and book another hotel

The hotel is tucked away down a back street in an old district of Cebu city called Mabolo. Upon arriving there was no doorman to greet us or carry our suitcase up the steps in front of the hotel. Normally this wouldn't have been a problem however i had an accident 2 weeks prior and had injured my back so it was a real struggle to get into the lobby. The Lobby itself is quite pleasant with lots of marble and an open fish pond although strangely no seating unless you sit on the ponds edge. Checking in was straight forward as i had prepaid through hotels.com and only needed a signature a copy of my passport and a 1000 peso deposit. The receptionist gave us our room card and wifi logins and then left us to it. Upon entering the room it was already air conditioned which was a pleasant surprise in the Philippines as you usually have to activate it once you enter. The room which was a junior suite was of a reasonable size and very clean. The reason for going for it was that it had a full size bath which i wanted for my aforementioned bad back and i had three long baths over the 2 days we stayed which set me up for the long haul flight back to the UK. The bathroom also had a double size shower which worked well for the wife and overall i would say it was one of the best i have experienced in the Philippines over the 25 years I have been going there. Overall a good stay which could be enhanced by having a full time doorman (i did spot one on the middle day when i didn't need him).

I was not sure that front desk cared if I stayed at the hotel or not.
Front desk fumbled with paperwork, and getting me checked in properly, and the same with my guest.
It took several attempts to program the room keys.

For my Aug23-26 stay, i booked a suite with a king-sized bed & bathtub.
I was told i was “upgraded” but when i got in, it was a smaller room, with a queen-sized bed, and no bathtub.
I asked to be moved. Then I was made to wait 2 hours. And in the end, i still had to stay in the same room.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The amenities are seriously lacking. The pool is very small amd and partially indoors. No seating around the pool. The pool bar is just a small counter in the corner that wasn't staffed when I went. The convenience shop wasn't open much during the day. The "restaurant" breakfast isnt anything great. Lots of breads and meats. The staff gets 5 stars. The hotel gets 2.

It was senior friendly, though house keeping was a bit short in cleaning the floor, TV/cable has some issues, buffet have very poor healthy or senior friendly options. The fruits we're limited to recurring pineapple that had no flavor and water melon. The cafe service is agonizing and the food was too expensive, a melon salad took about 50 mins. Otherwise, it was okay. The front desk was efficient.

While the hotel itself was nice enough I found the staff to be quite rude, unfriendly and uncaring. I could've overlooked the utter lack of WiFi, lack of toilet paper, broken room safe, and lack of robes but the two men working at the front desk (one at check in and one at check out) were total imbeciles and made the whole experience one I will never repeat and so I encourage others to avoid this hotel as well. I could give more details and examples but this place just isn't worth any more of my time.

We arrived at the hotel and was told to sign off some house rules including not to bring any drinks or food from outside ( and they even have fines on the paper if doing so) but the shop inside the hotel was closed during our stay. At the middle of the night we go waken up by some very loud screams and seems like someone was fighting on the hallway. Called the reception and they said they’ll check. Then heard the phone calling in the room next door lol probably their way of checking. In 10 min time somebody from the hotel showed up and heard them mentioning that the room next door ( that was us) complained about the noise. Hell of a privacy and security!! And they did let the people stay in the room after that! They didn’t even apologise at all, not even a single sorry!! Disappointing and def won’t stay there again!
Great service. They immediately fix our internet problem when we got into our room. One of the fastest bandwidth connection I experienced so far in Cebu.
I like everything about how the staff and crew handled our stay in the hotel (friendly, professional & hospitable), clean facilities & very up to date (contactless card) but:
* not a smooth check in process, I made 2 separate reservations & been told that our check in should be the following day, had to collate all the necessary infos & explain what happened. We still managed to go in in the end.
* no toilet rolls on our 2nd day and rusty & faulty toilet roll holder
* not accommodated in the resto as it shuts at 10pm, not allowed to get food delivered so had to go to the nearest eating place
On the lighter note:
We would like to thank Eve from the frontdesk as despite being hectic in the day of our check in she still managed to accommodate all our queries and questions.
Hotel feels unfinished although clean there was no ambiance at all and staff unhelpful and uninterested.

Gets The Job Done
Mezzo gets the job done, but really that's about it. It certainly does not have the feel of a 4-star place. The bed was very hard and the bathroom could have been cleaner. I would say only book if the value is great.

Not Recommended and Stay Away!
Not so good experienced of service with some of the hotel staff. Quite surprising for a Filipino service and it’s unusual. When we checked-out the hotel in the morning the lady in front desk is quite rude the way she speaks to the guests. We asked for change room due to aircon not working and the bed offered in new room was 2 single bed, we requested to combined together but the guy in room service said they cannot combined the 2 beds. But I called and checked with the front desk and they combined the bed together. Very disappointing. The food in the restaurant is not good and need a lot of improvement on the quality of taste The coffee is not good and we requested for instant coffee (3in1) and surprisingly answered they don’t have but they are offering for free in the room. Overall not recommended to stay!
