Great stay at Express Inn-Osmena

Express Inn-Osmena was, overall, a pleasant hotel to stay in. The staff are very accommodating and the location is very central. The rooms are spacious and cool, the beds are big and comfortable, and the bathroom amenities are complete and above-standard.

The staff was rude, the pool was only accessible to 6 people a day, there was no dining or breakfast, even though that was listed on Expedia, we were told that you can get clean sheets or clean towels until after your third day of staying, and we were only staying for two nights, so no clean sheets or towels during our whole stay. The bed was terrible, the air conditioning hardly worked. I would give this place 0 stars if I could, I really feel like they owe me for staying there. There are better places in the surrounding area, please do NOT waste your money here.

Can't park here.

I never checked in. I arrived just after 2am to check in, and was told that the parking area is closed. They said I could park in the street but my car will be towed in the morning. They then advised me that I can park at the road, wake up at 5am then park in the basement parking. I did not take them up on this offer as I was tired and decided it a best to check in to a hotel that allows customers to come and go as they please they parking. Not have hours which you can not enter and leave. I tried to ask them, what would happen if a customer must leave when the parking is closed. Their only rebuttal was that is the rules, parking closed. Refund for this wound be much appreciated. Very inconvenient for people with vehicles who like the night life

On arrival front desk could not find my reservation for a supjrior king suite, (fair enough) but then look at me as if I shojld just go awsy. Then thdy stick us in a toom with 2 twin beds so I requested to.be moved to a double bed toom. The Manager refused, knowing I had paid through Expedia in advance and non refundable. As I stood at the reception tgere were 3 other groups with similar isdues. We ended up walking away, leaving my 4 days paymdnt behind and went to a different hotel. This bait and switch tactic is sometimes used by hotels, but maybe expedia should not sponsor them. I will never book at this place again.

The staff worked hard to be accommodating but the systems the hotel uses are very odd. So check in is painfully slow, they will only give you 1 key card even though your paying for 2 guests, and that key card must be renewed every day after 12 noon, not before. Swimming pool was pleasant, but first you must go downstairs so a staff member can let you into the pool area, 3 hours a day maximum use and no guests allowed. Housekeeping is non existent even after I advised the front desk that I have been there several days with the same towels. That said the staff assured me that management would be advised of my complaints. I left the hotel 1 day early frustrated

Fick vänta i över en halvtimme för att de inte hittade vår bokning i sitt system. Väldigt otrevlig personal. Kackerlackor på rummet och andra småkryp.Takpoolen var rätt ok, men ligger i skugga efter kl 14. Ligger i halvruffigt område.

Prachtig hotel

Perfect hotel om cebu te verkennen. Ligt overal dichtbij en als je met de boot komt is het op loopafstand. Staat van het hotel is zeer goed en het zijn mooie kamers. Op het dak ook nog een zwembad met uitzicht over de stad. (Pas wel op, cebu is niet de meest veilige stad)
