The hotel was great but the restaurant that they serve you breakfast at serves the same thing everyday. If you do not want to eat the same thing everyday do not get breakfast with your room. There is plenty of places to go eat.

Room was nice, had 1 bedroom apartment, though it was compact, had everything we needed, including washing machine, but if no washing machine in your room, there is laundry by pool. Limited number of beds at pool. Breakfast was best we've had whilst travelling in Philippines, amazing choice and quality.

The property is located in a quiet area, not much going on around. The room is fine, bedroom is a bit small that the door hits the side of the bed, bathroom is also pretty small too. But the executive does have a separate living room with laundry machine. Convenient to just wash laundry with their provided laundry powder. Breakfast is pretty great, a tons of options.

The Citadines was a nice hotel. The room we had was over a party and was too loud so we changed to a smaller room. The washer/dryer feature is nice but the dryers don’t work well. We had to go down to the 9th floor to dry our clothes which was a hassle. Out of their six dryers, one was working. The restaurant was ok. Breakfast had a nice variety. The pool was nice on the roof but they had no umbrellas for shade and it gets very hot. The tours/excursions from there are hard on the body. The city center is 3-5 hours drive to the Kawasan Falls 3-5 hours to do horrendous traffic so keep that in mind when booking. The staff was nice and the Christmas decor was lovely.

This property offers exceptional value for money and a very good breakfast. The staff were all wonderful in fact better than in many 5 star hotels. If you are not wanting to spend big dollars but want a great place to stay this is a great choice.

Check in was delayed. Waited 1 hour (3pm to 4pm). Noise is horrible. Dont stay on 11th floor. You can hear even casual conversations from meetings on their 10th floor. Speaker and music from meetings is so loud, you cant hear your own tv.

Very nice room with a separate sitting and kitchenette area for the executive rooms. Good strong shower and basic but adequate snd sufficient cooking utensils and facilities. It is well located and the staff is so friendly. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic with so much choice. Very good value for money. I recommend it to everyone.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. From the room size, the value for money, the incredible staff, the spectacular breakfast, the pool facility, the small gym & the quality and speed of service. I can’t recommend this place enough. It was just great, I stayed only two nights but when I am back in the Philippines I would deffo consider staying here again for longer.

Only warm water in the shower. Not hat enough to take a whole bath and wash hair. Bathroom sink drain defective. Free buffet breakfast was realy bad. The restaurant acting high class but not know what they are doing. Coffee cups and silverware to large for comfortable use. Food had no heaters so pancakes, eggs and other food that should be warm or hot were all cold. Tables to close together. One of the worst buffet breakfasts I have experienced in the Philippines.

The central location service & breakfast at abaca outlet is excellent ! there is a grocery & convenience store in the same building as well as bubble tea & lemonade stand, ice cream and food shops . spacious free parking and lots of good restaurants around the complex. the room is spacious but you need to schedule your housekeeping sevices if you want it more frequest because it is more of a condotel style hote. there is a kitchen complete with microwave, toaster, kettle induction cooker , utensils dining ware and very good wifi
