"The resort is very nice, clean, and offers a variety of activities that guests can enjoy throughout the day. The staff are very welcoming and responsive to our needs, which made our stay pleasant. That said, the experience could be improved by enhancing accessibility. Adding features such as a ramp at the entrance would benefit not only seniors and persons with disabilities, but also staff handling heavy luggage. These improvements could help reduce the risk of injuries and potential worker-related incidents. Installing motion-sensor lighting along pathways would also make nighttime walks safer and more convenient. Food is an important part of any vacation experience. At Kilimanjaro Kafe, the dishes tend to be on the salty side. The bacon is often overcooked and would benefit from proper draining to reduce excess grease. Additionally, closer monitoring of the buffet—particularly the chafing dishes—would help ensure that food is consistently available when guests arrive, as there were several instances where we had to wait for replenishment. On a positive note, kudos to the concierge team and the staff at Mogambo Springs for providing excellent service. Their attentiveness and professionalism were truly appreciated."

"I had a very disappointing stay at this Radisson Blu hotel and would not recommend it. Upon check-in, the reception staff forgot to return my passport, which is a serious oversight and caused unnecessary stress. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, there was hair in both the shower and sink area, and basic amenities like shower gel and hand wash were missing. The in-room facilities were also subpar. The iron was leaking and had to be replaced, which further reflects the lack of attention to maintenance. Overall, the amenities and service fell far below what I would expect from a hotel claiming to be 5-star standard. Additionally, the hotel is currently under construction, which made the environment unpleasant and disruptive. There is also no pool available, which was another letdown. To add to the frustration, I was not allowed to have breakfast while wearing flip-flops, which felt unreasonable given the overall poor standard of the hotel. All in all, this was not a comfortable or enjoyable stay, and I expected much better."

However the condition of the rooms was disappointing with respect to the Interior and the furnishings with no hot Water for showers - quite a surprise from the pictures 😳 I think majority of people leave after a 1 night stay?"

"Bed support was broken upon arrival however we were moved to a 'deluxe' room which was great at letting in bugs and geckos. We stayed for 6 nights and the room wasn't cleaned nor was the linen changed. The duvet was disintergating inside and the cover had no buttons. I woke up with bed bug bites every morning. Staff were courteous enough but also inexperienced. Had to pay extra for water bottle and dispenser. Cooked breakfast was always served cold but tasted good. I also had to make my own cocktails at the bar as the staff couldn't make what was on the menu. Advertised with games room and gym but was told upon arrival it incurred an extra charge. Overall a nice enough place in a good area and great for short stays or local party/function bookings."
