The space
This air-conditioned condo unit has an amenity view. It has a glass partition separating the bed and living room area, a designated study/workspace, a sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with hot & cold shower and a bidet, and a mini safe to store your valuable belongings. This is perfect for families, couples, friends, business professionals, and tourists to use as an ideal base while in Cebu City, a perfect place to stay while exploring the city and other towns.

The property has resort-inspired amenities with sizable pools and cozy poolside lounges. Without a doubt, it is one of the biggest residential pool amenities in the city.
Guest access
Amenities are located on the 5th floor: Swimming pool, gym, sauna, children’s playground, lounge chairs & sun beds by the pool

Registered guests can access the amenities for free. For guests’ visitors, they can only use the pool but are subject to a charge of 200/pax. They are also not allowed to sleep in the condo unit.
Other things to note
If you are arriving from abroad, you may get a Philippine SIM card with data bundle at the airport, providers like Globe, Smart, etc will do.

Please take note of the house rules:

• No pets allowed.
• Strictly NO SMOKING inside the unit.
• Please keep your key with you, lost key has a replacement fee of Php 1000.
• Please take care of the furnishings, any damaged, lost item will be charged accordingly.
• When leaving the condo unit, kindly close all windows, turn off the Aircon, TV, and lights.

*Parking:
There's free parking for 1 hour only in front of the property on a first come, first serve basis. If parking is needed for the duration of your stay, please let us know beforehand to check availability, which is also subject to a charge.
