30-foot Luxury Trailer: QUEEN bed in separate bedroom: new 8-inch memory foam mattress, hotel-quality linens. Sofa, kitchen table/chairs, AC, heat, hot water, fan, sound system. This trailer has 2 big slide-outs so very roomy. Plenty of privacy.

Full bath, full kitchen, Wi-Fi. Waterfalls (same height as Niagara) in front yard, private ski hill in back yard (OK to hike it). 6+ acres, quiet. Beautiful views. Pool.

You could smell the Finger Lakes coffee there was a big I Love NY icon to take pictures and brochures and interactive screens to plan your Upstate New York visit. Also it’s uniquely located in America’s (6th largest mall is what I was told, but definitely the biggest mall I have ever seen). You could also purchase all sorts of regional small farm to table food. Very cool!
