"X’Tan Ha Resort was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The customer service was truly exceptional. The team was highly communicative, arranged transportation for us seamlessly, and remained extremely responsive throughout our stay. That level of care made a real difference. Our room was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The entire property feels like a hidden gem. It is peaceful and quiet, and the guests we encountered were warm and friendly, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. The resort is a bit removed from some of the busier parts of the island, but that actually contributes to its charm. If you rent a golf cart, getting to other activities and areas is easy and convenient. One moment that really stood out was when I accidentally left my backpack in a transport van before my flight. I was honestly in panic mode, but the resort team stepped in immediately and was instrumental in helping me get it back. That level of support and care speaks volumes about their commitment to guests. My only critique is that it would be helpful to have more food options available and open later in the evening. Aside from that, this resort is top notch. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, well-run place to stay."

"Our first impression of the resort was amazing. We were greeted at the dock by the hostess who had rum punch for us. A tour of the property showed how immaculate the landscaping was kept. Every day the grounds were raked and the pool cleaned. Our cabana was clean and fresh. Attention to detail was evident and our every need was met. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant had delicious food at reasonable prices. Highly recommend staying here, we will be back for sure!"
