No lights for first two flights of stairs then censers on the rest that turned off immediately leaving you in the dark fumbling with keys and luggage. Had one missing curtain (told the proprietor but was told no problem no one could see when I told him yes problem, just got a lot of shouting in turkish and nothing done) and a useless blind.
