"While the house is cute, it was not in a desirable neighborhood. But the factor for our family was the unclean state of the home. We had to come in and clean the kitchen from floor to ceiling as nothing had been truly cleaned and was sticky with dirty hand marks everywhere. We had to clean the refrigerator out and the stovetop was disgusting! The laundry room was even worse! We had to clean the washer and dryer before even utilizing the appliances. "We spent 3 nights here with 2 families and grandparents. Used as a base for Congaree NP, and spent Thanksgiving. The 2 separate houses were nice to spread out and 2 kitchens for Thanksgiving dinner was a plus. Convenient to grocery and only 25 minutes from the park. Would recommend without reservations!"
