This is the ideal location to stay and enjoy the region. The chalets have everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Our room was spotlessly clean and had a full kitchen and even a barbecue. Lots of nice little touches like a foil lined tray in the oven, a bottle of oil for cooking and coffee pods. We also appreciated having a laundry to do a bit of washing. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and well appointed. However it could do with heated towel rails to get the towels dry in winter, as there is no room servicing. We loved the outlook to the trees and vineyards beyond, and the little bush trail walk. We saw lots of parrots and the kookaburra alarm clock made us laugh. If you visit in winter, take slippers as the tile floors are cold in the morning!

A fabulous location to base yourself in the Margaret River area. Really lovely modern villas, clean and all the amenities you would expect from a luxury beachfront resort. Great view too.

From the minute we arrived & were greeted we felt welcomed. The property is surrounded by trees & lush plants & we found it so quiet at night for a sound sleep. The choice to have our "room refreshed" or left, the filling up of our spa bath to come home to warm & ready for us, added to our deep relaxation. The breakfast plates were warmed to keep our food warm on arrival. The private verandah overlooked the forest. The shared living room is full of coffee table books, a fire to cosy up to, plush furnishings & even a record player & vinyl collection. We will be back for sure, highly recommend it! What's there not to love about Broadwater Resort!! Great location with cosy reception. Kind and courteous staff. The units are well set out among leafy trees, with easy walking pathways. I was especially impressed with the Tonic restaurant, cafe and bar. They have a delicious menu with plenty of comfortable seating. And what better way to enjoy fitness, alternating from the outdoor cold pool into the heated pool. Followed by a nice stroll along the beach. I look forward to my next visit here.
