Partita consapevole di cosa avrei trovato. Il centro benessere si salva, forse tenerlo aperto per piu di 2 ore lo renderebbe piu accessibile, il cibo no, non si salva, tipico cibo da mensa, la peggior mensa.

Twee dagen voor vertrek werd ons ineens door de eigenaar van Olisamir medegedeeld dat er een overbooking was en dat we de eerste twee nachten in een ander hotel ondergebracht zouden worden. Dit betekende dus een verhuizing tijdens ons toch al korte verblijf van 5 nachten. Dit alternatieve hotel had een zeer ongezellige eetzaal en een ronduit slecht ontbijt en was in het algemeen veel eenvoudiger. Het was weliswaar ook 3 sterren hotel maar veel goedkoper per nacht. De eigenaar van Olisamir heeft geen één keer zijn verontschuldiging aangeboden en behandelde ons ronduit onbeschoft. Wij kregen sterk de indruk dat hij bewust overboekte want we zagen nog andere mensen verhuizen van het alternatieve hotel naar Olisamir. Voor hem ideale situatie. Zijn hotel altijd vol en eventuele overboekingen onderbrengen in een goedkoper hotel, maar wel het volle pond vangen. Wij hebben geweigerd het verschil te betalen. Verder vonden wij de kamers in Olisamir ronduit slecht. Heel klein en schimmel op de muren in de driepersoonskamer van de kinderen (zie foto’s). Hier betaalden we dan drie keer 90 euro per kind per nacht voor (270 euro!!!) weliswaar incl halfpension maar totaal buiten proporties. Al met al een zeer teleurstellend verblijf.

La zona benessere e' stupenda, con piscine varie, sauna, bagno turco, vasca kneipp, ecc. Ristorante medio. Camera di dimensioni contenute ma efficiente. Bagno in camera retro', con termosifoni vecchi ma funzionanti.

Many rules of the hotel was not clear during reservation on the website: The SPA is not free of charge but we must pay 8€ per day per person, water was not so hot as must be in a SPA and was very dirty too! The towels for the SPA is to pay daily and is forbidden to use room towels. Dinner of 31/12 is counted also if we don't take it. If we leave The hotel before end of reservation we have to pay one day more. At the end of this the receptionist is very impolite and forgot to give us back our ID.

Albergo abbastanza deludente

Ho trascorso 4 notti a Cavedago, hotel Olisamir, posso dire che non è ciò che appare dalle foto. Da subito entro alla reception e nessuno mi accoglie, devo allungarmi con la testa dentro in bancone altrimenti nessuno si sarebbe accorto di nulla! Dopo avere fatto il check in, non mi viene spiegato nulla, non mi viene data password del wifi e mi viene fatto scegliere il menú in piedi. Salgo, camera minuscola, tubo della doccia rotto, tapparella rotta, wifi assente nelle camere come invece c’era scritto in brochure! Passiamo alla cena, ritardi irritanti! cameriera poco cordiale a malapena risponde se la fermi, cibo freddo solo il personale maschile ha provato a giustificare i frequenti ritardi. Ho ordinato due bruschette, ci viene detto di riscegliere tra due secondi perché le bruschette erano tutte bruciate e per questo non volevano servirle! assurdo! Giorno seguente scendiamo nel centro benessere, pensando fosse come nelle foto invece non rispecchia affatto quelli che avevamo precendentemente visto, spa minuscola, piscina minuscola gelate e in più abbiamo dovuto pagare 36 euro per due cuffie e due accappatoi tra l’altro da restituire! Infine il giorno del check out, ci viene presentato il conto con soldi in più rispetto a ciò che dovevamo pagare, ci viene presentato io conto con l’aggiunta di una grappa e molte altre cose che non avevamo consumato! Dopo averlo detto ci hanno restituito i soldi! Il resoconto di questa vacanza è che il cibo è stato abbastanza buono il resto 0

Albergo in posizione tranquilla con pochi servizi

Io e la mia famiglia ci abbiamo passato 5 gg a cavallo di Capodanno. Cavedago è a poca distanza da Andalo, quindi la posizione dell'albergo non sarebbe male. Peccato però che si mangi malissimo (qualita' scadente delle materie prime e poca bravura nel cucinare i piatti, il cenone di Capodanno inclassificabile!). Inoltre nel centro benessere (molto carino), la piscina era sempre fredda. Anche nelle stanze era piuttosto freddino e altri ospiti hanno avuto problemi anche con l'acqua calda! Va bene offrire prezzi competitivi, ma poi non si può risparmiare anche sui servizi essenziali! Lo scarso personale era anche gentile ma non è bello vedere le stesse persone fare le camere, lavorare in cucina ecc. Direttore arrogante e antipatico.

Gutes Hotel wenn ihr es einfach mögt

Das Personal ist nicht sonderlich freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich. Das Frühstück lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Für das Abendessen lohnt es sich vorzureservieren, in dieser Ortschaft gibt es nicht wirklich alternativen um gutes Abendessen zu erhalten.

Buon soggiorno

+ che valutare suggerirei:il miscelatore nella doccia oggigiorno è fondamentale sia x il comfort che x risparmio d'acqua. La colazione è il biglietto da visita dell'albergo era un poco"povera"... La rigidità nel fermare l'ospite che portava via una banana x il bambino un poco eccessiva! Sono perfettamente d'accordo di non cambiare gli asciugamani ogni giorno ma dopo 4 magari era il caso... A mio giudizio la temperatura della piscina era troppo bassa,ammesso che fosse a 28 C. Per il resto è consigliabile x la posizione la tranquillità del paese e la"presenza"dei proprietari.

Consigliato per una vacanza in famiglia

Ho soggiornato 2 giorni con i miei genitori, la posizione è comoda e tranquilla. Ho dato 2 per il comfort della camera perchè il bagno è vecchio, stile anni 70 con la doccia con la tenda ed onestamente non te lo aspetti da un 3 stelle! In compenso la zona relax è ottima.
