The Timbers are at least two feet square and sits on the bank of Cave Creek. It’s a very short walk to the Cave Spring and the purest spring water in the state and COLD. Some of the best antique stores, restaurants and an ice cream parlor. "

"Nice house with a great view of the river. Property description should be clearly stated that the "private" dock and outdoor areas are actually shared between two other adjoining rentals. Although 120' long, at 4' wide, the floating dock can be challenging to maneuver, and a safety issue, especially if other renters have children also trying to fish and rocking the dock."
