A nice appartement for your holiday

Great stay close to Venice

We had a wonderful week in this appartment. It was well equipped. The terrace and pool area very nice. The surroundings are quiet countryside. All in all a great stay with very helpful hosts.

The home, garden, pool and all other options, were excellent. The owners were very kind, the house but also outside, it was clean. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. We had a great stay with our family, because of the great hospitality. Thank you!

Excellent 2 Bathroom Property

The property is in a rural setting amongst farm fields but is well screened by trees. The rooms are large with comfortable furniture and beds. There was a choice of pillows which will suit most people. Outside it was good to have both the pool area and a more private area at the rear. The property is close to local amenities but having a car is essential. Overall this is an excellent property.

A great stay in a most fantastic house

Great property in the middle of the agricultural areas. Once you get through the gate you are in your own kingdom. Completely walled, but because of the fantastic garden you won't notice it. The pool completes the picture. The very spacious apartments are expertly furnished with a lot of style and attention to detail. The host and wife are very involved with their guests, just lovely people who want the best for their guests. Had a great stay.

Family Vacation

This is a beautiful property in the near of Chioggia. It is on the landside, about 10-15 minutes away from the beach or the City Chioggia. The property is sourrounded by a huge edge, so that you have 100% privacy. The big swimming pool and the garden is beautiful. You have everything that you need for a family vacation. The owners are very nice and couteous. We enjoyed a whole week there and it was very nice. I would recommend it again.

Ein toller Urlaub in einer wunderschönen, sehr gepflegten Anlage. Die Vermierter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lediglich beim dritten Schlafzimmer sollte die geringe Raumhöhe in der Projektbeschreibung angegeben werden.

Eine Oase der Ruhe

Suchen Sie Ruhe? Suchen Sie eine herrliches, sehr gut ausgestattetes und ruhig liegendes Anwesen? Hier sind Sie richtig! - tolle Gastgeber!!!! - schöne saubere ruhige Anlage inkl. Pool + Whirlpool + Gasgrill - ländlich gelegen - alles gut erreichbar - voll ausgestattet: es fehlt nichts von dem was man im Haushalt braucht, auch nicht in der Küche - 4 Wohnungen, jede hat ihren eigenen Bereich wie Parkplatz, Liegen am Pool oder Wäscheständer 😉 kurz gesagt: gut organisiert! - usw usw. Wir könnten noch Stunden schwärmen über unseren Aufenthalt. Hier gibt es nicht so viel Platz dies alles zu erwähnen. Fazit: Wir haben sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Es war Perfekt! Grazie mille an die Gastgeber Note: 1++++ oder A++++

Bellissima villa in campagna a 20 minuti da Chioggia.

Ci siamo stati con sei amici nel mese di maggio 2024. La casa è grande con diversi appartamenti, la nostra era Iris. Giardino, piscina e tutto l'esterno eccezionale. Proprietari molti disponibili e estremamente gentili. Peccato che la terza camera con soffitto molto basso era poco adatto a due persone adulte. In sintesi una bellissima esperienza!

Great stay in beautifull apartment house

This property is very clean, nicely decorated and has all facilities one would be looking for. It has a large swimming pool and more than enough privacy when sitting on your own part of the large terras. Strong wifi signal. Nice surroundings with beaches and nice villages (like little Venice - Chioggia) close by. We have done quite some biking, running and golfing in the area.

Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos. Die Aussenanlagen und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Ein wunderbarer Ort zum entspannen und abschalten. Die sehr sehenswerten Städte Padua und Venedig sind in ca. 50 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Auch kostenfreie Stände erreicht man in ca. 30 Minuten.

mooi verblijf en zeer gastvrije eigenaren

Prachtig appartement (appartement Iris), voorzien van alle comfort. Het terras met zwembad was zeer mooi en bood voldoende privacy. De directe omgeving zelf was niet top, maar wel een goede uitvalsbasis voor het bezoek aan steden zoals Venetië, Padua en Chioggia. Zeer goed ontvangen door de vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar.

Prachtig huis en gastvrije eigenaren.

Prachtig appartement. Heel compleet, voorzien van alle gemakken. Zelfs een eigen sauna (huisje Iris). De eigenaren zijn erg behulpzaam en lief. Ons appartement had 3 slaapkamers. Het terras met groot zwembad was perfect. De plek is een goede uitvalsbasis voor het bezoeken van steden zoals Padua, Venetië, Bologna en niet te vergeten Chioggia. Kortom, wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in der Nähe von Chioggiai

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben und sehr schön. Nach Chioggia sind es ca 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und halten das Grundstück in top Zustand.

traumhafter Urlaub

Wir waren 2 Wochen im September hier. Das Objekt stimmt mit der Beschreibung und den Bildern überein. Man findet immer ein ruhiges Plätzchen, kann aber auch mit den anderen Mietern kommunizieren und gesellig zusammen sitzen. Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig. Wir waren aber auch schnell am Strand oder in Chioggia. Die Betreuung durch Guerrino war super. Es gab viele gute Tips und auch schnelle Hilfe. Alles in allem war es ein traumhafter Urlaub, so wie wir ihn uns vorgestellt hatten.

Tolles Haus mit herausragender Ausstattung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und extrem hilfsbereit. Zum Einkaufen und für Besichtigungen braucht man auf jeden Fall ein Auto, denn die Lage ist ländlich.

Wunderschönes Landhaus mit schönem Pool und Gartenbereich. Das Appartment ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Das Eigentümer Ehepaar ist sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Kurze Wege zu den nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Im Objekt ist ein extra Raum mit Informationsmaterial bezüglich Ausflügen in der Umgebung(Venedig, Chioggia, Padua...) Alles sehr gut organisiert, sehr empfehlenswert.

Super lækker bolig

Vi havde booket huset i 2 uger, og boligen levede fuldt op til beskrivelsen af huset. Huset var SÅ rent og pænt, og poolen var lige ude for døren - det var ren afslapning.:-) Vi giver vores varmeste anbefaling, og glæder os til at komme tilbage.
