"The property was very quaint. Very clean. The area was close to eveything and very quiet at night. The shower head kept falling as the holder was loose but the water pressure was good. The kettle did not work. There was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom. The heating rack and heater in the room worked very well. Very little toilet paper but the linens were good and the bed was very comfortable. "

"Extremely hot with opening ground floor windows as only option for relief. People walking by looked in. Only way to get relief at night was same……nit a very safe way to sleep. We left early and would definitely never use again. We knew there was no ac but had no idea there would be no air flow or a safety issue when using windows. We left a day early and was able to get into our Paris room (with ac) a day early."

We were not given an apartment number. No one answered the customer service helpline. There were only an answer machine which we did not leave a message on. "The hotel is clean, good location from motorways. Big rooms although a bit hot for the time of the year, great staff, good breakfast. Great for dogs, very spacious. The only downside is no food for dinner from Friday to Sunday and nothing close enough to go to eat, so planned to have dinner before going back to the hotel "
