Nida 18 - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 6

Nida 18 is one of the best of our family apartment. It is located in Cattolica, a small city closed to Rimini (Emilia Romagna Region). Cattolica is the first city of Romagna, an area that for anyone means hospitality, cordiality and well-being. Surrounded by the sea and green hills, it is the perfect place for families with small children but also for mountain bike or trail running lovers. In fact, a few km from Cattolica rises Monte San Bartolo, an ideal place to immerse yourself among brooms, maritime pines, enjoy a breathtaking view from Cesenatico to Pesaro and admire the fishing boats returning after a long day of fishing. Nida 18 is first floor three-room apartment located in Via Zara n. 18. As soon as you open the entrance door you enter in a large living room, where you will find a comfortable double sofa bed and a big a 42" Smart TV and a small table with some wood toys for children. The room, which can be easily used as a comfortably bedroom it is located in a separate space from the kitchen. In the kitchen there is a 6 chairs table and is fully equipped with crockery, pots, cutlery, dishwasher, tablecloths and placemats. From the kitchen you enter the sleeping area where you will find a bathroom with shower cubicle and two bedrooms: one double bedroom and one with two single beds. In both bedrooms you will find a smart TV and exclusive access to the balcony which overlooks Via Zara, a very quiet street with little traffic as blind fund. Finally, we specify that we accept animals with a supplement of Euro 150 per stay per animal. Admission to the apartment must be previously authorized by the owner. In the presence of more than 1 animal and for stays less than 7 nights, please contact us to agree the extra cleaning fee.. City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 7 nights

You will be welcomed by the host in front of number 18 in Via Zara. You will be helped to carry your luggage and taken to the car park which is about 300 meters from the apartment.
