Love the breakfast options. I dislike that we have to pay for parking. Staff is friendly. Room bathroom was not as clean as would like. Can see the mildew in the toilet bowl.

Good price for the area. No nearby restaurants or shopping if you dont have a car. But used Lyft which was pretty quick.

Perfect place. The staff were super nice and helpful. We originally booked one night, and extend on the spot once we saw the room and the hotel. The staff helped us book another night even though it hard and bust weekend.

We stayed in room 230, an accessible room. The room was large and clean, but there were what looked like exhaust pipes right under our window, and they cycled on and off constantly. Like, every minute or so. Not sure if it was related to the mechanical room next door or what, but without melatonin, I doubt I would have slept much. Breakfast was good and the hotel was fairly convenient to a lot of things. Cimarron Golf Resort is very nearby and their café has excellent food at a reasonable price.

Having a full kitchen was great. The staff are all helpful and welcoming. It’s great to start the day with the free breakfast buffet. Good location if you have a vehicle that get around with.

Everything is super convenient, love that they have a little kitchen with dishes to use makes you feel more at home. Wish the pool was a little warmer temperature. Other than that everything was amazing.

We recently stayed at Home Suites and liked clean rooms, amenities and location. However, the check-in process was unfortunately quite frustrating. The staff member at the front desk seemed overwhelmed and short with all the guests. While we understand being short-staffed can be challenging, her passive-aggressive tone and lack of assistance were disappointing. In our case, she refused to check in my husband even though the reservation was under my name. This caused unnecessary stress, especially since we had a 1 year old child with us. It would have been much more helpful if she had offered solutions, like explaining alternative check-in options. Despite this experience, we did enjoy our stay. However, some improvements in customer service training, especially regarding handling busy periods and communication, would be beneficial.

Great property. Clean, safe and comfortable. Can't ask for much more. Breakfasts were good and the entire property is well maintained. We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. Would recommend it to anyone and will stay there again if in the area.

This is a lovely property with beautiful views of the mountains. The service was excellent, beds comfortable and the included breakfast exceeded our expectations. It is not near any restaurants so best for those coming by car. There was no shade at the pool but I expect maybe umbrellas were taken down in anticipation of wind. All in all a comfortable stay.

The hotel experience was good. However, i am disappointed that the policies of no cleaning of rooms until after 3 nights and the $10 per night parking fee are nothing more than a money grab. Fine, if you don't have the staff to clean rooms, drop the nightly charge for the room. I always tip the cleaning staff, but not on nights where the room isn't cleaned. The parking fee seems unnecessary due to a large parking lot. Give the parking pass to place on the dashboard, but don't charge $10.

It was a very nice handicap accessible suite on the first floor. However, a couple things are in need of maintenance: the screws in 1 bracket of the shower seat that folds against the wall are pulled out of the wall, and the sliding bathroom door closing mechanism malfunctions & I got locked inside the bathroom!!!

The room was spacious. The bathroom didn’t meet my expectations. I’m not sure if I was given a handicapped friendly room, but I didn’t have a tub. The bathroom felt like a hospital bathroom. The shower handle I felt was about to break. The beds were uncomfortable, but the room was clean and spacious. The free breakfast was good as well.

This hotel is quiet and clean. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bedding was clean and high quality. The breakfast was great. Lots of options and fresh and hot. The location is close enough to just about anything but far enough to stay away from the party crowds. I would definitely stay here again.
