It’s OK for passing. Probably is better in summer. The beach looks awesome. Today was very windy so check the wind before you come in the summer. The roads in the city are very bad.

Sono cliente di questa struttura sin dal 2003. Ho sempre apprezzato la cordialità di tutto il personale e la sua disponibilità e, seppure adesso molto più di rado, se mi trovo in zona soggiorno li con piacere. Nel tempo sono migliorate tante cose. So che hanno rinnovato alcune stanze anche se, nell'ultimo soggiorno, ho avuto assegnata una delle "vecchie" stanze che adesso, a distanza di anni, mostrano gli evidenti segni del passare del tempo (mobilio, bagno, etc.). La ristorazione è rimasta invariata per la cena ed è migliorata, finalmente, per la colazione. La cortesia e professionalità è rimasta invariata con un livello qualitativo alto.

Ho recentemente soggiornato presso hotel Niagara e sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dalla qualità del servizio e delle strutture, che superano di gran lunga le aspettative di un hotel a 3 stelle. Accoglienza e Staff Dal momento del check-in, l'accoglienza è stata calorosa e professionale. Lo staff si è dimostrato disponibile, cordiale e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Il livello di attenzione al cliente è paragonabile a quello di hotel di categoria superiore. Camere Le camere sono ampie, pulite e arredate con gusto. Il letto era estremamente confortevole e la biancheria di ottima qualità. Ho apprezzato particolarmente i piccoli dettagli, come la presenza di spazzolino e ciabatte, solitamente non forniti in hotel di questa categoria. Il bagno, dotato di tutti i comfort moderni, era impeccabile. Servizi Ho avuto anche l'opportunità di provare il ristorante dell'hotel, che offre piatti deliziosi a prezzi ragionevoli. Struttura abbastanza buona ma rovinata dai camionisti di mondo convenienza che occupano i 3/4 dei parcheggi clienti e che la notte non vi faranno dormire se si trovano al piano vostro perché tirano a parlare nel corridoio fino a mezzanotte passata e fumano come se non ci fosse un domani. La cucina è buona. Consiglio alla struttura di non ospitarli più perché renderanno il posto a una topaia se continua così e non è l'unico cluente che ne sta parlando male. Io ormai vado li solo se strettamente necessario
