péssima,quando cheguei o hotel estava fechado,tive que esperar 3 horas para fazer o check in,a pessoa que me atendeu,Fabio,nao queria me registrar,alegando que o hoteis.com não havia pago o hotel,mesmo eu estando com o email de confirmação,mais uma hora de discussão.quanto consegui fazer o check in outra surpresa, o chuveiro não estava funcionando e não tinha ninguém para recorrer,pois o hotel não tem recepção,o que achei um absurdo. nos três dias que fiquei hodpedada,so vi o gerente Marcelo no dia 13,fora este dia nenhum funcionário.deixei um bilhete pedindo o conserto do chuveiro mas quando cheguei ontem do passeio,o chuveiro continuava frio,enviei uma mensagem ai Fabio que tentou conserta-lo,a felicidade durou 5 minutos,deixei novamente um recado hoje de de manhã. quando fui tomar banho antes de fazer o check out,desisti.nunca vi um hotel tão mal organizado,sem nenhum respeito pelos hospedes,a única coisa boa era a localização,nota ZERO.

Jó elhelyezkedés

Egyszerű szállás Catania központjában. Sokat késett a gépünk éjfél után érkeztünk meg. A szálloda folyamatosan érdeklődött merre járunk, megtaláltuk-e az épületet. Figyelmes és segítőkész volt a személyzet. A közelben van lehetőség reggelizésre és vásárlásra.

Sehr angenehme Unterkunft. Bäder auch für große Personen geeignet, was auf Sizilien nicht immer üblich ist. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Alles völlig problemlos gelaufen. Gerne wieder!

BRAVO OTTIMO SUPER

E' stato tutto perfetto a partire dall'accoglienza del proprietario Marcello,ragazzo attento gentile disponibile su qualsiasi cosa. Le camere sono spaziose, le lenzuola profumano di pulito, il wifi e' velocissimo e la tv prende tutti i canali, camere ristrutturate di recente. Hai tutti i servizi a portata di mano per fare shopping o mangiare. Insomma il mio consiglio e' di andare e tornare sicuramente presso questa struttura.

Try else where.

Very Very noisy street and the room faced it. I did not get any sleep either night I stayed. Room we booked was given to another guest so he gave us two rooms one of which had it's own bathroom but the shower tile is so dirty with mildew it was kinda gross. The other room had a bathroom out in the hall which looked shared but he said it was private for us, we heard people using it all night. Again, gross! Also the rooms keys opened every door on my floor so not sure if it worked through out the motel but we felt unsafe and afraid to leave anything in our room during the day. It was def. an experience and would not recommend staying here.

Catania nel comfort

Tutto perfetto, disponibilità e cortesia da parte del proprietario e della sua gentilissima compagna, colazione ottima, stanza molto gradevole alla vista. Unica pecca la nostra stanza era al piano terra e il traffico di prima mattina non ci ha permessi di riposare molto. Per il resto consigliatissimo!!!

Hôtel

L'hôtel est très propre, le personnel de l'hôtel à votre disposition, très agréable, gentil. L'hôtel est juste dans une rue où la circulation est dense la journée donc un peu de bruit mais bien isolée quand même. Les chambres sont très cosy nous avons beaucoup aimé, à proximité de tout

Non è per famiglie

Camera minuscola, bagno microscopico, un tubo perdeva. Questa struttura va bene per chi si sa accontentare e non ambisce a comfort particolari, senz'altro non va bene per una famiglia. Unica nota positiva: si trova a 20 metri da Via Etnea.

L'hôtel est très bien placé. Le personnel est vraiment accueillant et sympa. La chambre, le mobilier et la salle de bain sont un peu "cheap" mais à ce prix là... Idem pour le petit déjeuner, un croissant mais biscotte, jus "en poudre", fruits moyen... mais pour ce prix, c'est suffisant! je conseille pour les personnes qui ne sont pas exigeantes sur ces détails.

Carino Bed & Breakfast vicino centro

Siamo stati due notti in questo Bed & Breakfast che si trova non lontano dal centro. Si fa una bella passeggiata lungo Via Etnea e arriva in 15 minuti a piedi in pieno centro. Le camere sono carine anche se un po' piccole. Comunque ci siamo trovati bene - solo il fatto che l'edificio è un po' rumoroso... ci si sente ogni porta che si chiude in corridoio. I padroni (una coppia giovane), erano molto gentili e ci hanno dato tante indicazioni su cosa vedere e dove mangiare.

City centre place to lay your head

Extremely basic and would benefit from decent bed mattress pillows bedding etc great welcome however from the booking in lady. Shower provided hot water and very basic but functional. bathroom was clean. Location was good for access to city centre. No breakfast offered so calling it a B&Bs was a misnomer.

tres bon accueil, explication de la vile de Catane en detail pour se balader et recommandations. Pour le parking, pas trop de place à côté, mieux vaut prévenir pour esperer avoir la place dispo pour les hôtes. Petit dej moyen bon, et chambre petite pour 3 mais correct.

Stadtnahes B&B, freundlichkeit und Wohlfühlfaktor

Wir waren 4 Nächte dort in einem Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad, Das Zimmer ist zwar recht klein, aber sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Der TV war etwas alt (Röhrendings) und flackerte aber wir konnten sowieso kein englischen Programme finden. Das Bad ist recht gross. Jeden Tag wird sauber gemacht und Bett gemacht. Es ist etwas hellhörig im Haus, aber von 9-21h soll Ruhe eingehalten werden. Die Gäste halten sich daran. Leider ist die Strasse extrem laut, wo unser Zimmer war. Die Autos halten genau vor dem Fenster vor der Ampel. Es wird auch italien-like laut gehupt etc. Das Frühstück war als mehr Gäste da waren sehr umfangreich: Käse, Wurst, Salami, frisches Obst, abgepackte Brötchen, abgespackte Kuchen, Kekse, Milch, Kornflakes, Joghurt, Marmelade etc.Zudem bekommt man einen Kaffee oder Tee nach Wunsch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei der Ankunft bekamen wir gleich eine Einführung in Catania und was man dort und in der Umgebung machen kann. Man kann auch nachher noch fragen, wenn man Hilfe braucht. Einen Stadtplan gibt es für 1 Euro dort. Der Service im B&B ist wirklich extrem gut.

il punto di forza è Sofia!

carina la location, ambiente giovanile, ben arredato ma altrettanto comoda. Ambiente ben curato e pulito. Il punto di forza è la gentilezza e la dispinibilità delle persone che ci lavorano: CRISTIANO e SOFIA. Cordiali, simpatici e collaborativi addirittura nelle richieste personali che esulano dal loro lavoro. Complimenti!
