Nice place in the heart of Paseo Colonial. Downside of the rooms, unfortunately you can hear everything. Other than that, the place is excellent for solo a couple travelers.

For the price I have no complaints with my stay. The staff were awesome. They helped us with every request we had. Graccie House was on a quiet street yet close to anything you could need. A 5 minute walk to the Malecon where we found some excellent restaurants. I would stay here again.

My go-to place when staying in SD

Excelente hotel y ubicacion. Areas verdes bien cuidadas. La tranquilidad esta afectada por day pass que venden a personas que no saben estar en un hotel que amerita descanso.

The hotel was clean, great breakfast, didn't try the hot tub, in general was a good stay, but the night on april 11th, 2026 the young guy from the front desk was very rude, I didn't know he worked there and the moment he saw me coming out of my room started asking if we paid and to show him proof that we paid...I told him if you work here you can check that.. and he continued being rude saying "no you has to show that you paid' it was a very uncomfortable exchange.
