"There were a few staff that really stood out for my family and making this birthday trip special for my mom! Geena is the kindest soul we met in the Dominican Republic! Her warmth, helpfulness, and joyful energy made our experience unforgettable. Thank you, Geena!! Juan we truly adored you at the Italian restaurant and everytime we got to see you!! Bladimil at the front desk absolutely fantastic service!"

"This is the 4th time we stay we loved it the first few times but it seems now they are renovating some things . Some amenities like some pools and areas will be closed least in our time there . Food prices increased. Service is still pretty good . Luxury 3 villa lacked of comforters not a big deals but they only provided some throw blankets that were still too small for the beds . Over all we would come back."

Dreams Dominicus La Romana - All Inclusive

"I usually never leave reviews. I’ve visited so many hotels but this one by far has been the worse experience. I was given a room secluded from everyone. On top of that the tv never worked I reported the issue, and on the day I was checking out they decided they wanted to take care of it. I had critters all thru my visit. From frogs being found every night of my stay , to flying insects. I understand we’re in a hot climate but the fact that I was unable to properly enjoy my stay and had to have the general manager come and send someone every night to check for frogs that he himself had to take out. I will absolutely will not be visiting this hotel. The morning of my check out I met with the client manager and she only offered to upgrade my stay if I ever visited again: I feel they could of done better to accommodate me . They did offer to change my room but if the room wasn’t properly suited for someone I should of never been given that secluded room. The food at the hotel was horrible. Never going to this hotel again."

"Drinks at the beach bar are not served with care. The ingredients are ok but the frozen drinks are never frozen and ingredients are just poured in together vs blended. Lobby bar is better. If they cared more about the prep it would nice. I'd rather have one good drink vs ingredients just poured into a cup. The prep matters a lot when it comes to that and it does not cost anything."

"Recently stayed at the Hilton in La Romana and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite a few minor inconveniences. The hotel has many positive qualities, though there is some room for improvement."

"Amazing property, couldn t be cleaner. The staff are trained at a very highly level; all very courteous; we really enjoyed the various restaurants and considering it is an all inclusive the food was actually pretty good. I have been to DR 3 times and would for sure consider staying here again. It was my wedding anniversary and they even had a ribbon on your door celebrating us! Loved every moment thank you for making our time wonderful"
