Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy

Like others have posted. Check in is a complete nightmare. Rooms not ready, Wrong room, No front desk help as it is owned by private parties renting the rooms. No fridge, dining plates or silverware. They lied to Expedia and said they gave us the correct room. Also A/C is limited to how cool it will go and turns off in the middle of each night.
