"when we first arrived at Halo Homestay - we were concerned because it was not in a very nice area. We didn't realise how big Halong Bay city is. we were expecting sleepy little fishing village!! NOT!! there are 2 distinct areas 1. locals 2. tourists. This homestay is in the locals area. "EXPEDIAで予約完了後、チェックインに部屋が無いと言われました。このあとが最悪です。ホテルへ30万ドン（約1500円）直接払えば部屋は用意すると直接取引を提案してきました。こちらは既にexpediaへ返金不可の条件で支払済と伝えると、 expediaのサービスセンターへホテル側が電話をして、expediaへの部屋の用意はないと伝えていたようです。私に電話を変わり、expedia側から上記の説明を受け、expediaとオテル側の起因でキャンセルとさせて頂き、請求は取り消しする旨の案内を受けたため、了承し他のホテルへ泊まることに。。。ところが請求がしかっりカード会社に計上されており、相殺目的のマイナス請求も未だ確認できていません。ホテルの直取引の提案、expediaのキャンセル未処理、双方に怒りを覚えてます。"
