The house itself is just perfect, open plan everything you could need, clean, beautiful flow indoors to out with the perfect view to go with it. Joanne the property manager was very kind and always available if we had questions, advice etc. We will return."

"Nice, clean, new place, good location to the boat harbor. Only real negative was the lack of a front desk for check in. Apparently it closes at 6pm and arrangements for later check-in need to be made before 6...in our case, due to a flight cancellation, the reservation was made after 6pm. However, once we were able to find a representative to help, she was very helpful, pleasant, and ensured we got in the room just fine."

"Greatly equipped kitchen. Extremely clean property. Good location, easy 3 min walk to beach and long dock. Cute town off beaten path. Fun to go to Pete’s pub (drive). Good fishing off dock and great beach combing. Was stormy when there so couldn’t use kayaks but they looked great. Air conditioning works great. Condiments in fridge; oil and spices in cupboard. Games, cooler, beach towels provided. Beautiful garden and front porch with bbq. "

"Little Fern Cottage is even better than advertised! The host was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. We were given a welcome packet that had the ferry schedule, golf cart rental companies, etc. everything to make our stay on Elbow seamless. Location is a short walk or golf cart ride to everything you want to explore. We will be booking again soon. "

"It looked like all the rooms have a clear view of the sea and marina. This hotel is in need of a good refurbishment. The main pool , bar and place to eat are a walk away from the rooms. Not in the main building. On the positive side The staff are great but it’s overpriced for it’s current condition "

"We have stayed here before, and it has continued to deserve all its 10-star reviews. We did our grocery shopping at Marsh Harbour before we checked in. This was supplemented by three trips to Pete’s Pub. Caught two bonefish. All-in-all had a great time. "

"The Conch Quest was EXACTLY as advertised. The pictures are EXACTLY what you see. Phenomenal views ! Long stretches of beach with nearly no one in sight. The gas grill was used twice. It is not huge but easily handles 4-6 burgers or 2 nice sized steaks and gets SUPER hot. The kitchen was well stocked. The ice maker in the fridge worked great. We will happily return in the future. Reid communicated well and sent lots of useful information. He also turned us over to Lisa Key Hall who helps manage the property. When I tell you that she is your "KEY to the Cay", I mean it. She set up a private taxi to pick us up at the airport. She made sure that the golf cart rental company knew which dock we were getting off at. She checked on us as soon as we arrived to make sure we found everything in order. She checked on us EVERY single day of the trip. She advised of restauarants and nearby stores for various things we wanted. She helped us book a fishing trip. She checked on us both times there was a brief power outage. She immediatly had her husband come re-prime the water pump on the final day as we were getting showers to leave. BE sure to utilize the power of local knowledge, LISA has it as a native of the area. "
