Monterey Dunes 166 - Moss Landing Townhome - A Mile of Beachfront!
- Sun, sea and solitude. Monterey Dunes Colony vacation townhomes are stretched out over a mile of secluded beachfront. Each home has a boardwalk to the beach where you can walk, play, fish, build a sandcastle—or just do nothing. Common area amenities include a swimming pool (April to October) and hot tub; tennis, basketball, volleyball, pickleball and bocce ball courts, and a driving cage. Located a few minutes from Moss Landing, Monterey Dunes is 18 miles north of Monterey and nine miles south of Watsonville. Three bedrooms (2 Queens, 2 Twins, and a single rollaway) with two baths (one stall shower and one tub/shower combo). NOTE: living room fireplace is currently unusable.The Monterey Dunes Colony is a gated enclave of beachfront vacation homes between Santa Cruz and Monterey. Located near the quaint harbor town of Moss Landing, these properties enjoy a mile of secluded beachfront and numerous outdoor amenities.

Wonderful stay! The kitchen was very well appointed with all (and extra) utinsels, plates etc. Clean property with great proximity to Monterey area and the coastal beaches.
