"Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in unserem Appartment. Der Service vor Ort war sehr gut. Vor allem der tägliche Brötchenservice hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Anlage, der Pool und das Appartment waren immer sauber und gepflegt. Am Besten hat uns der Blick in die Berge vom Balkon aus gefallen. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben und würden jederzeit wieder kommen."

"From the entrance you get greeted by the owner of the hotel Caroline with a smile, room was super clean, the Spa is top!! "Wenig Gedanken gemacht das keine Saison ist und alle umliegendenden Restaurant und Geschäfte in Dorf Tirol geschlossen sind. Weihnachtsmarkt in Bozen und Meran besucht. Im Hotel wurde kein Nachtessen angeboten. Leider wurde das in keinen Unterlagen erwähnt. Die Hoteleigene Bar war zwar offen bis 21:00 Uhr. Wollte man etwas konsumieren wurden wir durch die Reception aber auch den Chef verwiesen auf die kleine Minibar im Zimmer.
Mit dem Gästepass konnten die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und Museen...

"Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker. Die Dame im Frühstücksbereich war umsichtig, freundlich und einfach nur toll. Auch die Zimmermädchen waren sehr freundlich und ordentlich. Das Wasser im Pool war eher zu warm zudem gab es gegen Nachmittag entweder sehr aktive Stechmücken oder beißende Ameisen. Gut, das kann das Hotel nichts dafür, für mich war der Pool dadurch leider eher tabu. Personal an der Rezeption war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. "
