"Positives: The decor was really cute. The owner/property manager was very responsive to texts. When the oven wasn't working, they brought a new stove the next day. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and dishes. The house is located close to the water. The outdoor area is great.
Negatives: It was hard to control the temperature in the house. It never cooled off to the temperature we set it at and then would automatically raise without us knowing. There were ants and spiders all over. Our son got a large blister/bite on his foot overnight on our last night. The owner or owner's dad lives right across the street. Although he was very nice, he would come over to the outside of the property randomly to turn on the sprinkler in this rental's front yard. The driveway is VERY steep with gravel, making it difficult to get in and out, especially with a boat.
Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend others stay here. "
