"We stayed for four nights with our two children while we were travelling around Kefalonia. Xenia is a great villa and well maintained, updated from some of the photos in places too. It is a roomy villa for four people with super comfy beds and a big sofa, great to have a separate utility room too. The pool has the sun all day and is big enough for a swim and to play games, the garden is well maintained and has the classic Greek brick built bbq too, (most supermarkets sell charcoal). The bakery across the road is great for bread and treats and there is a well stocked supermarket and the fabulous Taverna Obelisk 10 mins walk down the road. We loved our stay and would book again"

Good restaurants on your doorstep and great location to visit all the spectacular sights.Beautiful winery just 10 mins away where you can do wine tasting and butly excellent wine at really good prices. Comms and response from hosts was great, they went out of their way to be helpful."

"The Villa has everything you need. From a washing machine, to ironing board and all else. The host was kind, attentive and mindful of our needs! We were greeted with a clean, cozy and spacious accommodation, on top of a hill, surrounded by with olive trees. The swimming pool is a highlight, and you could enjoy the city lights in the evening by its side. The location of the villa is perfect for exploration and you can reach every part and every important beach of the island within 30 to 40 minutes. Argostoli is 10 minutes away! We can only thank Lady Europa for her incredible Villa and we will definitely get back here in the near future."

"This was our first hotel experience as a couple, as we normally hire a villa, car and fend for ourselves. However, family tragedies dictated that we needed to escape and be “looked after” in order to de-stress, rest and recharge our batteries after six weeks of heartache. To a large extent, the Karavados Beach Hotel allowed us to do that, but ….. there were a few things that could’ve been better - let’s get those out of the way first …… The main disappointment, and not the hotel’s fault per se, was the fact that its location is rather isolated, and a lengthy and arduous walk was the only way of experiencing other eating/drinking establishments. It won’t be the first time I say this, but a car is definitely needed, especially if your stay is lengthy. Secondly, the food served, especially the food served in the breakfast and evening buffet, was “warm” at best - nothing wrong with the quality or quantity though. Thirdly, the room we were in (deluxe with sea/mountain views had very little storage furniture - we managed okay, but a cupboard/chest of draws would’ve made life easier. Fourthly, the pool, which was excellent, was not available to use until 10am each morning - my wife loves a swim before breakfast, so that was a major disappointment for her. Finally, the absence of information, both of a tourist nature, and a housekeeping nature, was very noticeable in their absence. I’m especially referring to notices regarding fire drills, room etiquette and “places to visit”. Those"
