La Terrazza dell'Artista is a three-room apartment located on the second floor—easily accessible by lift—in the heart of Castione della Presolana. Designed to accommodate up to 6 people, the living area consists of a spacious and bright living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a comfortable armchair, and a double sofa bed. The sleeping area is divided into two bedrooms: a spacious master bedroom and a twin bedroom, both served by a bathroom with a shower. The apartment features two exterior views that enhance its liveability: a balcony facing the high street and, on the opposite side, a large private terrace facing inward. The terrace is equipped with an outdoor dining area and comfortable lounge chairs for enjoying the sun and the crisp mountain air in total privacy. Rounding out the property’s amenities is a valuable covered parking space—a generous area that can comfortably accommodate one large car or two small compact cars.

The location of Terrazza dell’Artista is simply ideal: situated right in the heart of town, it allows you to leave your car behind for the entire duration of your stay. Shops, boutiques, cafés, traditional restaurants, and essential services are just a few metres’ walk from the front door.

Castione della Presolana, situated at the foot of the majestic “Queen of the Orobie” (Mount Presolana), is one of Lombardy’s most renowned and charming mountain resort towns. In winter, its proximity to the Presolana and Monte Pora ski resorts makes it the perfect base for skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing enthusiasts.
