Lovely property, kind staff & spotlessly clean. Only challenge, not the fault of the property, was limited dining. This may be reflective of the time of year. The hotel breakfast was excellent.

Characterful little hotel with a balcony

When we go to the property in the morning, the reception was not open, even though according to the hotel details it should have been. I called the hotel number and I think the lady was telling me that she had to visit the doctor and will be at the hotel soon. We went for a breakfast in the town ...

Amazing historical stay with exceptional breakfast

No hand rail as such but rope rail on stairs. Stairs even but if you struggle with balance a bit of a problem. Breakfast extremely good.. homemade apricot and strawberry jam no too sweet. Apricot jam was outstanding. Continental breakfast well with the money.
