"Stayed here before seven years ago and it was excellent then and excellent now. One area of concern is that in the event of an evacuation and therefore cannot use the lift - there is no handrail on the internal staircase. Not ideal for the older generation. Lift, of course, was working perfectly. We used the restaurant this time for lunch and the food was lovely and good value."

It was the perfect base for us while attending a family wedding nearby.Joss was an excellent host throughout. Communication was always friendly and helpful, and the detailed handbook made everything easy—from using the house to finding local supermarkets and restaurants.The villa was clean, well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved spending time around the pool in the evenings and taking in the peaceful countryside.We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sogni dei Santi to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Le Marche, and we’d happily return.Thank you, Joss, for helping make our trip so special!"

The only two knocks I have is charging €5/beach towel seems excessive, on top of €30+ to rent beach chairs. And the bathroom in the deluxe room is pretty cramped for 2 people."
