"All I can say this place is amazing. As it was out of season,we were the only couple here and we were looked after like royalty. The room was beautiful ,modern and rustic. Breakfast was wonderful a cooked or continental. We were surrounded by 3000 lemon trees and the whole experience made us feel so special. We didn't have a car and walked from the station and spent our stay walking - which was so easy. Can't wait to return again soon ❤️"

"Laura is a superb host. Her meals are not to be missed. Location is isolated and peaceful, yet driveable to Mt. Etna, Catania and Siracusa. And there are views of Etna from right on the property. We shall return."

"Really nice set up. Location is a little out of the way, but then it is an Agriturismo. Located approx 15 minute drive up a very steep and winding road, a little hairy at times!! However the view from the chalets towards Etna is great. The site is set on a hillside so an uphill walk or short drive to breakfast/dinner. The pool was fantastic and Filippo brought regular supplies of chilled water for us at the poolside. Dinner was buffet style with lots of variety and good value at 25euros...

"Nice place to stay if you are travelling near Catania. It is located between Catania and Taormina (both ~30 mins drive), so it was convenient for us to explore both. Limited dining options in the area and we have been told the on-site dinner is only available on Sunday and Monday. For us, we drove to Taormina for dinner which was lovely. The room was clean and in good condition. The extra heater was very useful as the weather was a bit cold. Basic amenities such as room slippers, shampoo, body...

"The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast good and the staff very friendly. However the place is not as advertised. The pool was closed and looked like it had been closed for some time. No bar or restaurant (s). Just open for breakfast. There is another resort nearby that has these facilities so if they are important to you beware. "

"Access to the property is quite tricky and not for the faint hearted but it is in a stunning location . A car is essential. The property was charming and well equipped . It has amazing views . The description Mari - monti is true but it involves quite a trek down the mountain . It took us about 40 mins each way to access the coast . It is set in a beautiful part of Sicily and you get a real feel for life in this part of the island . The owner was very helpful and answered questions promptly ....

"The hotel is a lovely old converted winery and is situated in a very large Orange/Lemon orchard in the middle of the countryside. The hotel rooms and grounds are stunning, with nice views of the Volcano/Sea and the bar/restaurant are both excellent. Breakfast is a fabulous experience and is served outside on a lovely covered area with views out to the sea. The spa is small but is nicely designed and the staff do a good job. "Lovely room. Beautiful evening meals. Helped us out when we mis-laid our keys. Pool was very chilly but refreshing in the heat. We weren’t told that restaurant was closed one evening , and they forgot our take away breakfast one day, but quickly scrambled one together. A lovely place "

"Beautifully located, spectacular scenery amongst the slopes of Etna and the vineyards. Property is well hidden, you wouldn't know it is there unless you are specifically looking for it. Property is well maintained and their respect for the environment and minimal impact is evident. The staff were wonderful with our check in, escorting us to our room. The pool is lovely, elevated and surrounded by vineyards. Our room was perfect, situated in one of the bungalows. All furnishings and amenities...

"Beautiful scenery with views of Etna. Safe parking area if you have your own car. Staff were very nice and very accommodating and the food served at the restaurant was delicious. Room was nice, clean and spacious and had free wi-fi."

"Hotel was nice and we were pleased with a room. Downside was that it was quite hard to reach the place and you needed a bit of a ride to get anywhere more interesting. Also, wifi was only accessible in a small area around reception, but not in the room itself. The person who meet us when we arrived was hardly helpful and reluctant to answer any questions we had."
