"Apartment is really cute and perfect for vacation in the summer. It’s more than enough room for two persons to sleep and eat while you enjoy toscana on the day. The couch / bad is a little bit squeaky and isn’t the newest anymore but is okay for persons under 30 I guess. Vania is really nice and was always trying to help us to enjoy our stay even more. "Appartment complex was easy to find from owners direct map and final directions from the actual owners. Laura was very helpful, especially helpful was communicating via text, and in English, which made life very easy. Appartment was nice airy and light. We didn't cook but everything was there should you want to. However; no kettle!! Needs a kettle. Sofa bed was very comfy, however it would of been a nice touch if they correct sheets/ bedding were left out ready to make as it took us a while to...

"Very special position above the stunning town. Really nice apartment- lots of room and all facilities needed. In the height of summer - air con - or more fans would have helped and as a non-German speaker it would’ve been nice to see instructions/recommendations in other languages. Nils very responsive and overall an excellent place. Town stunning and many lovely beaches nearby. Recommended."

"Wir hatten das Vergnügen in dieser tollen Wohnung einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit unserem Baby und Kleinkind verbringen zu dürfen! Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin lief hervorragend - wir konnten sogar nachts anreisen und haben vorher noch ein Video von allem bekommen, so dass wir die Wohnung auf Anhieb fanden. "A lovely large house split into separate self catering apartments...I think 5 ...with gorgeous gardens, a beautiful large and very clean pool and surrounding chickens, goats and Tuscan scenery. A 20 min drive to pretty town of castelliogne, with lots of places to eat and a beach. Short drive to beaches and other old towns to explore. Facilities were great, we used the washing machine and Nils was extremely helpful throughout the stay. Would love to return."

"Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist mit recht neuen Möbeln/ Geschirr (genügend)/ Geräten ausgestattet und sauber. Eines der Schlafzimmer ist etwas laut (Straße, Müllabfuhr). Genial ist die Lage, direkt an der Promenade."

"Wir haben den Urlaub genossen, schöne Unterkunft, vor allem der Pool ist toll. Ein Manko sind die vielen Mücken, aber das ist typisch für die Maremma. Hier muss man sich mit allen verfügbaren Mitteln eindecken."

"Posizione ottima dell’appartamento per la vicinanza a spiaggia e principali servizi. Un po’ rumorosa la strada principale di notte ma era prevedibile vista la posizione. Appartamento piccolo ma con tutto il necessario per la vita da mare. Non c’è parcheggio privato ma si ha la possibilità di entrare in posteggio condominiale per scaricare e caricare la macchina quindi buono. Unico appunto potrebbe essere utile fornire più di un mazzo di chiavi, per una famiglia un solo mazzo mette un po’ in...

"Abbiamo passato due bellissime settimane nella casa. Vicinissima al mare, la spiaggia molto bella. Spazio fuori piacevole, e la doccia esterna molto comoda! La casa è spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario. La proprietaria sempre gentile e disponibile. Grazie!"

"Lovely little Bungalow very quiet surroundings Lovey pool and quiet Restaurant very helpful when closing made us a sandwich when for back from rme at 10.30pm Shop closes a little early7.30pm if u arrive late for booking in but was friendly n helpful when they were just closing to get. Few bits"

"The caravan was cosy but functional, especially with the eating area outside. The air conditioning was really appreciated for sleeping, and the windows had mosquito nets on. We took our own mosquito net and used it outside, around the table, to avoid being bitten in the evenings. Camp site services were excellent - shop, restaurant, ice cream kiosk and bike rental."
